The Governor of New Mexico has just declared the 1st & 2nd Amendment “does not exist” due to an “emergency.”
Under this legal theory *all* of our “rights” are essentially eliminated.

I love how the guy asks her, “do you really think criminals will follow these powers?”

She makes an executive power (albeit an unconstitutional and treasonous one) knowing that it will give no effect and yet expects people to follow. Not to mention she committed treason by saying, “In my view not all Rights are absolute.” She just busted the 9th Article. Hang her!!!
I think this governor is on drugs herself. She completely contradicted her whole point.
If she is complaining that no one is doing anything, then tell the people themselves to take up arms and help enforce the law themselves as militia. Dumbass!
