Maybe I missed it in the video, but I didn’t see/hear one word about HAARP, which is used in conjunction with artificial clouds to create/control weather patterns. HAARP would seem to be an ideal tool to use for altering the course of a Hurricane, or directing moisture over arid sections of the World; however, it is more likely to be used as a weapon of mass destruction.
Just as it was with the discovery of atomic energy for peaceful purposes, it became a weapon first. On March 11, 2011, Japan showed us that even when nuclear energy is used for peaceful purposes, that a tsunami (man-made or not) can change a safe nuclear reactor process into a life extinction event. The same needs to be said about weather manipulation.
