Jack Mook is a tough cop who doesn’t mess around when it comes to enforcing the law or when working with troubled kids. The Pittsburgh police detective formed a special bond with two brothers who have had a particularly rough time. One day they didn’t show up at the boxing gym and that’s when Jack decided he’d had enough and took matters into his own hands.
Oh God…. don’t make me puke. Another public relations piece designed to convince us that cops are human beings.
One problem I have with this story is that I’ll always be suspicious of a devoted bachelor who prefers to spend all of his free time in the company of young boys.
I’m sure we’ll eventually discover that one or both of his “adopted sons” is actually his wife.
As a reminder: In the real world, heterosexual men see young boys as nothing but a nuisance, and usually try to avoid any kids they haven’t sired.
