Trump Orders Massive 5-Year Flu Vaccine Task Force

September 24, 2019 — With an Executive Order (EO) Donald Trump ordered a 5-year Flu Vaccine Task Force to “to promote the use of more agile and scalable vaccine manufacturing technologies and to accelerate development of vaccines that protect against many or all influenza viruses.”

The Task Force is looking to “increase influenza vaccine use through enhanced communication and by removing barriers to vaccination.” (emphasis added) Just what “barriers” are Trump & his team looking to remove? Sounds ominous to me, and indicates more mandates and limits on our Health Freedoms. 

There is also a section that states they are looking for “alternative delivery systems” in case of a pandemic.

“(E)stimate the cost of developing, evaluating, and implementing delivery systems to augment limited supplies of needles and syringes and to enable the rapid and large-scale administration of pandemic influenza vaccines.” (emphasis added)

When you add that with the fact they want the delivery system to be “more scalable” I believe it could include aerial aerosol vaccination via crop-dusters and/or helicopters. The Pentagon has researched and war gamed such scenarios for at least the past 20 years. A deeper explanation of that will be provided at the end of this report.

Trump’s EO immediately creates a Task Force that will write a report within the next 120 days that has many stated goals. One of those goals is to recommend how more people can be vaccinated. That report will give, “recommendations for increasing influenza vaccination among the populations recommended by the CDC and for improving public understanding of influenza risk and informed influenza vaccine decision-making.” (emphasis added)

The plan will also lay out what new vaccine technologies will be utilized, and how the private sector will be guaranteed to profit in case of a pandemic outbreak of the flu. So a pandemic will be good for business (as is usual for the biotech sector).

The report will explore the possibility of using, “innovative, faster, and more scalable technologies, including cell-based and recombinant vaccine manufacturing, through cost-sharing agreements with the private sector, which shall include an agreed-upon pricing strategy during a pandemic.” (emphasis added)

The EO calls for expanding our domestic capability to produce all components of vaccines, including antigens and adjuvants. Currently the overwhelming bulk of our vaccines are made in China. The EO is also calling for the use of more adjuvants and less antigens in the flu vaccine:

“(S)upport, in coordination with the DOD, NIH, and VA, a suite of clinical studies featuring different adjuvants to support development of improved vaccines and further expand vaccine supply by reducing the dose of antigen required.” (emphasis added)

The increased use of adjuvants is interesting as there is much scientific data suggesting aluminum adjuvants are dangerous and harming to those injected with them. Another dangerous adjuvant is squalene which at one time was used in the anthrax vaccine (perhaps still is, though I am not positive).

US Military

In Trump’s EO the military is heavily involved in the expansion of “next generation flu vaccines.” As quoted above the military will be the perfect place to test new vaccines out – specifically new adjuvants. That is nothing new. Once you sign yourself over to the military they can inject anything they want into you.

The EO mentions BARDA repeatedly – the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Agency. This agency came about back in 2005 with the Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005, nicknamed “BioShield 2.” This Act created BARDA and made the agency immune to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. That means journalists and concerned citizens cannot write FOIA requests asking BARDA to make public any of their documentation. This was codified into national law under President George W. Bush.

Whatever role BARDA plays in the “next generation” of flu vaccines, it will be completely secret from the public. Additionally BARDA plays the role of granting the coveted title of “countermeasure” to a new vaccine. That is effectively the same as the 1986 legislation that indemnifies vaccine makers.

So if BARDA declares a next generation flu vaccine a “countermeasure,” and there is an alleged pandemic where the vaccine is given to the entire nation, the company that made that vaccine cannot be held liable for any damage it may do to anyone.

But how will they inoculate the entire US population all at once?

Aerial Aerosol Vaccination

In her epic book “GERMS,” New York Times reporter Judith Miller detailed back in 2002 how the military has war gamed the possibility of spraying a “cloud of vaccine” over the populace. At that time the focus was anthrax, but a pandemic influenza attack was envisioned as well:

“Perhaps someday the military would have a detergent that could be sprayed over people and neutralize an anthrax attack … A cloud of vaccine, sprayed over many square miles, was seen as potentially the simplest way to protect people and animals from epidemics.” (emphasis added) (J. Miller, “Germs”, pg. 307)

Looking back in time DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency) gave Maxygen a $3.8 million contract in 1998, and a $7.7 million contract in 1999 (Maxygen reported the contract as $6.7 million). Maxygen literature at the time indicated that this was a three-year grant to use its proprietary MolecularBreeding ™ directed evolution technology to protect against a broad spectrum of Pathogens . Maxygen is involved in what they themselves call “ gene-shuffling ”, creating genetically modified vaccines working directly with DARPA and BARDA

The military asked Maxygen to develop aerosol-based vaccines that could be inhaled to ‘safeguard’ people against a broad range of pathogens. Shaun Jones, the first director of DARPA’s Unconventional Countermeasures program has said the value of many of their programs will not be known till they are tested on people.

Where is Maxygen’s technology at today? Will they be a part of this massive Trump Flu Vaccine Project? What other companies will be involved?
