Syria says any military action by Turkey inside its territory is an act of aggression.
Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Miqdad accused Turkey and Saudi Arabia of sending militants into Syria. Miqdad also called on the UN Security Council to hold an emergency session to condemn Turkey’s decision. His comments come after the Turkish Parliament approved a motion, allowing the government to launch attacks inside Syria and Iraq.
