Steve Keeley, a veteran reporter for Philadelphia’s Fox 29, was braving the elements to cover the latest snowstorm to hit the area on Monday when he was blindsided by a snowplow.
From Keeley’s report on MyFoxPhilly:
This is the 15th snowstorm Keeley has reported on this winter. Clearly he is a pro at it now. He didn’t even miss a beat!
Later, in the 7 a.m. hour, the veteran reporter reflected on the incident, saying he was 20 feet from the road and that shows how far plows can throw snow when traveling at high speeds.
Keeley also had some fun with the incident, telling “Good Day Philadelphia’s” Mike Jerrick, “You know I’ve spent my whole time here, ever since the invention of YouTube, I have done everything I could to avoid being a YouTube star, and I think that hit will be on YouTube.”
Keeley also assured his Twitter followers that he was just fine after the incident.
Thanks for all well wishes it just looks like it hurt but didn't at all so it's cool to have a good laugh on us @fox29philly

So how does a thing like this happen? Watch the whole ill-fated report here. Keeley, like the professional he is, somehow continues with his report after being hit with the snow.
(Thanks to MyFoxPhilly for sharing)
Wait a minute here…. that tweet from the reporter is dated today, and the video clip is a year old. I saw this same video clip last winter.
