WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — If the city of Chicago cannot get its wave of killings under control, the US government will send in its own federal forces to restore law and order there, President Donald Trump announced in a Twitter message.
If Chicago doesn't fix the horrible "carnage" going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!

Except…it’s not legal..it has nothing to do with interstate commerce so he can’t use that excuse as Regan did with the railroad strikes. So, the governor of Illinois will have every right to call up the militia to repel the federal invasion.
