This is an excerpt from “A Lawsuit Is An Act Of War” by Melvin Stamper, J.D.
Once again, the people who serve within our government have delegated and limited authority that is in writing, and it does exclude deliberately (read the debates) “marital law” and “emergency powers”. Those came unlawfully from the courts, not the contract that they all serve under and are Oath bound to.
That does not mean that ignorant people who serve will not “just follow orders” or “just do their jobs” as that is ALWAYS how these things are implemented. Some sick azzhole who refuses to think and implements unlawful orders. History is full of them and the terrible actions they committed/commit.
In the USA everyone who serves is required to take an Oath that does two things – binds them to follow the US Constitution, and makes them PERSONALLY responsible for their actions. They can still be prosecuted and get the death penalty for treason and *terrorism. Why? Because by taking that Oath they are swearing with their lives that they know and understand what they are bound to do.
The idea with that is then they can say “NO”. And then “We the people…” are supposed to back them from any retribution from those who serve within our governments. That is supposed to be what we do, and if we are serving with them, we are required to remind them of the duties they have to the American people, the USA, the US Constitution.
But, like the LE I was talking to a few weeks ago, he doesn’t understand that there cannot be a “police state” without his assistance. If those who actually implement the orders used their brain and their conscience most of this stuff would NOT be going on or threatening to happen.

I’ve read about this topic before and thanks for putting it up in a more complete reference.
After reading and rereading this it confirms the ‘jews’ took over the government lock-stock and barrel.
Only waging war against them will ever change anything. Nothing else will do.
