Not being on a watch list means being at least one of the following:
* Stupid
* Ignorant
* Brainwashed
* Slave-minded, inclined to obey orders like a little bitch
* Too physically ill or disabled to be dangerous
That last one is extremely rare. Almost everyone who can still breathe and move under his own power is capable of contributing to the struggle against tyranny.

Watch lists were a legitimate concern many years ago, when silencing people would have made a difference, but even then, it’s not a wise approach for them to take.
If you’re worried about turning up on one of their “lists” (if they haven’t already discarded any possible lists due to their uselessness) it’s because you’ve been affected by the “you’re all alone in the world” propaganda.
Today they’re dealing with too many people for any list of them to make a difference, or be of any use. (and NSA agents have also said that about all the data they’re collecting)
You can spy, collect data, and make a case against a few people, or a small group of them, but once you’re dealing with numbers in the millions, as is the case today, and which the election has proved, collecting names is a waste of time, and you have to move to strategies that affect the masses rather than any individuals.
It’s too late for “lists”, because they’ll be too long. We’re now the majority, and that fact was revealed by the election results that surprised many of them. (but not me)
