What is a “Holihalfaday”?

half christmasFirst off, what is a holiday? A holiday is a day of rest. It is a time to observe something special or even spiritual. A time to be with your family and share quality time with those you love and care about. A time to stop and reflect on life and be thankful for what you have and who you can share it with. A time to even celebrate something of historical significance in your country.

So it’s no mistake that the elites want to take all of that away and erase any remnants of it.

What are holidays today? Nothing more than Fascist corporations creating propaganda and ridiculous marketing ploys, while making people work under slave labor conditions, in order to increase their corporate profits. In doing so, they have the customers who are barely able to pay their bills, spend money on things they don’t need and argue and fight with the slave labor workers if they can’t get what they want, instead of with the CEOs who created the situational problem in the first place.

It’s an elitist’s wet dream. The low and middle class fight and eat away at each other, while the elite sit back and watch their corporate profits rise.

As we try to observe Thanksgiving, We the People notice that the elite are trying to make “Thanksgiving” synonymous with “Black Friday” by opening stores earlier and earlier every year. The same has been done with the way they have changed our Independence Day. It is no longer being called that but is now being called “The Fourth of July”. Our children don’t even know what the “Fourth of July” is anymore other than fireworks and even that is being taken away from them due to ridiculous city ordinances and nanny-state “safety and security” reasons. They can’t even tell you who we won our independence from. Some even think we won it from China! It’s disgusting.

Now the same is being done with Thanksgiving. Why do we celebrate it? I bet you many of our children have been so dumb down that they think it means it’s the day we celebrate food or the day we get ready for Black Friday and Christmas. Again, it’s disgusting.

So as a person who works at a Cinemark movie theater (who’s corporation defies all code of ethics and is about as Nazi as Disney and pays bare minimum wage to its workers), we are required to be available to work on the holidays. When I heard that it was time and half for pay, I and other employees figured it might not be so bad. Needless to say, we were pissed off when we found out that Fascist Cinemark decides to only pay their people time and half until 6pm on Thanksgiving Day but will pay time and a half ALL day on Christmas!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

After much thought on this and trying to think like a Fascist, I can only assume that the reason that they are doing this is because stores are opening earlier on Thanksgiving such as at 6pm and so therefore, they consider it to be another normal work day and that Thanksgiving is over, so there is no reason to pay them extra and it saves them money.

Umm… I’m sorry, but what is a holiday again?

Oh yea! A DAY of REST!

A DAY!

Not 8 hours. Not a half a day. A DAY! A FULL DAY! Meaning we should be paid time and a half for any hours that we work for THAT FULL DAY!

Otherwise, it would be called a “Holihalfaday”!

But hey, don’t worry! My Nazi company will make it all better for us on Thanksgiving. Instead of paying us time and a half like they should, they decided to buy us PIZZAS!

Oh man, I’m so glad to be working on a HOLIDAY for pizza, especially after quickly eating that piece of turkey and dish of stuffing just so I can make it in to work before the evening starts.

WHAT THE HELL?!!!! So apparently, instead of being thankful for spending time with my family, I’m supposed to be thankful for Fascist corporations making me work that part of the day for a free pizza and no time and a half because we now only celebrate a “Holihalfaday”?

UNBELIEVABLE!!!

For anyone who has any notion that we have become China, this is it. In China, they basically only celebrate three major holidays per year. The rest are slave labor work days for the businesses. We the People used to celebrate a holiday almost every month. Not any more. Now everything has become slave labor shopping days, thanks to our Fascist corporations. We have erased the true meaning of “Independence Day” and “Thanksgiving” and now “Christmas” has been changed to “Happy Holidays” and instead of sharing and giving to those we love, we are sharing and giving to those we hate by giving what’s left of our hard earn money and slave labor wages back to the corporations we so despise.

In China, the general managers would always ask the employees what can we do to give you an incentive? The employees would always say, “Pay us more” or “Give us a raise or a bonus”. Then the general manager would patronize them and say, “Oh you can’t always be thinking about money. Think of something else that saves the company money, but still gives back to you workers”.

Hmm….going back to my Nazi company, let’s rob them of their holiday pay and give them a pizza. It saves money and pretends to keep the workers (or the sheeple) temporarily happy for the day. Great idea! NOT!

So now that they have replaced “Thanksgiving” with “Black Friday” and have basically taken away our holiday, Christmas is the only holiday left for the FULL DAY off. So it makes me wonder how the elites are going to get rid of that holiday like they are doing with “Thanksgiving”.

After careful thought, I have come to the conclusion that they may eventually try and start doing an earlier “Boxing Day” or “End of the year Clearance sale” that will start at midnight on Christmas day and then maybe the next year, it will be 10pm on Christmas Day and then 9pm the year after that and then 6pm the year after that and so on like they are doing with Thanksgiving. It wouldn’t surprise me. Maybe “Half Christmas is coming”.

In addition to that, let’s not even talk about the true version of “A Christmas Carol” or how bad Scrooge was anymore. As a matter of fact, under the Communist/Fascist regime, Scrooge was actually a good guy. He taught us that we should all work hard for slave labor wages and be thankful for what the elites have given to us on Christmas Day. Actually, the Communist/Fascist version of “A Christmas Carol” basically will state that Scrooge only gave Bob Cratchit the day off and a bonus (not a raise) for the day and after he came back to work the next day, Scrooge made him work double time again for his normal slave labor wage. “God bless us everyone!” as we later find out that Tiny Tim only survived until the end of the year and we should thank Scrooge (the elites) for making it happen. Disgusting!

In getting back to working on a “Holihalfaday”, my co-workers were talking about some of their friends that have to work at retail chain stores, outlets and other stores at 6pm on Thanksgiving and all throughout Black Friday, in which they stated that their friends’ managers told their friends that they have to come to work even if they are really sick. Their managers told them that if they were found to be really sick then they could go into the break room and sit there for awhile and rest but that they could not go home or they would be fired.

Wow….Way to show you care for your people during the holidays! NOT!

FASCISM!!!!

Zero human rights. As long as the corporation and its profits are OK, then that’s all that matters.

I can’t believe I live in such a world as this. As I said before, we have become Communist China. We are no different than they are. What corporations are doing in this country to the workers are the same as what the businesses are doing to the workers in China. It’s just that in America it’s labeled “Fascism” while in China it’s labeled “Communism”. Both are one and the same thing.

So in ending, I just want to say that I’m not sure if that “half a day/time and a half” rule is just a company policy or if it’s actually a new state or federal regulation put into place by the corporations to save themselves a profit each year from now on. If it is the latter, well then, I just have one thing to say to the people who were like me who had to work on Thanksgiving (and probably eventually Christmas, if the elites are allowed to have their way with it in the future) and that’s, “Happy Holihalfaday!”.

  1. Well said NC, The almighty Zollar God must be destroyed, we must take it out of the hands of the jews. Gold or paper backed by gold maybe the answer, I don’t know, but I do know this they are printing all the Zollars and has long as the sleepers, believe Zollars have value its a up hill battle for the US Nationals.

  2. True. However, IF you are the hostess, preparing nearly ALL of the food including the turkey (knowing half the food you are eating is GMO, while knowing the criminal psychopathic elites are eating GMO-free free-range turkeys costing $200!), AND cleaning up afterwards, it seems like Thanksgiving is a “holihalfaday” as well!

And the article above explains how my son and daughter-in-law, who have to work their butts off because they have a hefty mortgage on a very nice house, with a baby son on the way, spent Thanksgiving (she is a zoo animal trainer, he’s a shipping inspector or something like that).

  3. It’s really no surprise to me at all. Back when I had a good job, I remember having fourteen holidays a year! One by one, many of those holidays disappeared, and so did all the good jobs. Even the full time crappy job I had vanished a few years ago, which is how I found the trenches (was doing research of unemployment extensions at the time). These days I work part-time in a grocery store making the lowest pay I have ever made. Life is miserable. I’ve been keeping a roof over my head by a thread that a single problem could snap with little to no effort. I remember when full time, good paying jobs were plentiful, when Independence Day meant something to Americans, and while I’ve never been “rich” or “wealthy”, I remember being able to pay bills and live a little, sadly, those times are long gone. The only way any of us will ever see times like that again is for us to restore our Republic. It’s important to note that while all our holidays, especially Christian holidays have been slowly taken away, the Jews and Muslims celebrate theirs and refuse to have any of them taken away! In closing, it’s what Henry and I have said for many years now: the bully doesn’t stop bullying until someone finds the courage to stand up and give him a good punch in the nose.

  4. “Holiday” is actually an ancient contraction of the two words “Holy Day”, and no one should be working, for even half of the Holy Day in question. The slave drivers on the other hand, will always be working to squeeze more labor out of their serfs. They can’t get away with using whips any more, so they’ve moved on to other methods.

Psychologists know that if they can change your language, they can also change your behavior/personality to some degree, and make formerly unacceptable things acceptable.

It’s really up to the people to shirk off corporate programming (what the CIA refers to as “soft mind control”) , and that’s why I’m so adamantly opposed to the television, and refuse to allow the infernal device into my home.

People have to rebel against any changes being made to their language, which the Zionists usually accomplish most effectively through their entertainment media. I never say “Happy Holidays” to anyone, but instead insist on “Merry Christmas”, especially when someone says “happy holidays” to me.

The first thing people have to do is stop letting themselves be led around by the noise by television messages, but if they’re staring into the thing for several hours per day, it’s impossible to avoid.

That’s why we still have people complaining “the mainstream media was silent on this”, or “didn’t report that”, when they should have understood many years ago that mind control, deceit, and distraction are why the mainstream media exists. The television has become a god in this country, so people will continually look to it for information, even when they’re fully conscious of the fact that they’re being lied to constantly.

  5. We are not “consumers.” Let’s start with that.

In my town, we have a store that sells handcrafted gift items from 3rd world countries, at “fair trade” prices. The theme of this store is that you can feel good about yourself when buying there, because you are helping poor villagers in far away countries. I have been thinking…. I am all for supporting 3rd world villagers to be paid a fair wage and all. But I’d actually be VERY interested in supporting Americans who make stuff here, to be paid fair wages for their labor.

I no longer do gift giving at Christmas, really, unless it is something I make myself. It has just kind of evolved to this. Been turned off by “shopping” for many years (other than for necessities like food). Also, I can afford to because pretty much I have everything I need already, anyhow. I just buy repairs and replacements, when the cheap quality things break. Or learn to do without. And I’m at that age of downsizing. I used to be a “consumer.” Well, and also now I don’t have money to buy anything but necessities. Like many people.

I do wonder, who are these Black Friday shoppers? How many flat screen televisions of varying sizes and latest technologies does a person need, anyhow? (answer: zero)

    Yes, J.R. absolutely: “holy day.”

I’m the cook in the family, the Thanksgiving hostess. And let me tell you, it’s very hard to cook that meal when I have to work long hours the day before. I still do it, but it was certainly easier when I didn’t have this job with the long hours and slave wages. It’s not a day of rest for me, but the labor I do in the kitchen is different from the labor I do for my employer. And Thanksgiving is a day when I can reflect on what has gradually changed over the years. I will keep cooking, because for one day I somewhat pretend that things still are as they were. This tradition for me is partly a memory and a fiction that I am not merely a cog in the machine.

Having the entire day is very, very important.

Try to buy local, try to buy less, try not to buy crap made overseas that nobody needs. Avoid buying from giant corporations to the extent possible. Avoid thinking of yourself as a “consumer.”

  6. The only people that should be working on the few real holidays
are care givers and hospital workers. My daughter is working as a care giver
at a retirement facility. Last night she nearly had one of the residents die in her arms. Fortunately he recovered. Double wages for the day should be paid for those required to work.

  7. The problem you and many other coppertops have is that you didn’t learn a trade, something you can do to earn a living. Now you are dependent on jobs (hand-outs) by the corporate sleaze and they can dictate your life!
We don’t take part in any of that. We make our own way in the world so there’s no rug they can pull out from under our feet. We’re already standing on the ground!

    1. Hey not all of us can be plumbers and private contractors, especially when corporations are shutting down private entrepreneurs left and right with their penal codes and regulations. You are one of the lucky ones, I guess.
