Who Will Win the Race? The Tortoise, the Hare, the Chinese, or the Americans?

The “Tortoise and the Hare” is an Aesop fable about a hare who ridicules a slow-moving tortoise and challenges him to a race. The egotistical, pompous hare takes off and is so confident he will win, the hare decides to take a long nap. When the hare awakens he finds out, much to his dismay, that the slow moving, patient tortoise has won the race.

While the Nevada “endangered” desert tortoise has slowly been winning the Bureau of Land Management race in Nevada, a napping “Harey Greed” has been mysteriously becoming a multi-millionaire on his $193,400 Senate salary. Could it be that Harey is using his position of power to regulate the Nevada law to benefit himself, his family and his political crony capitalists; rules and regulations that enable the government to seal off public land that has been used agriculturally for decades?  

Is Harey Greed writing his own book, a complex story full of subterfuge and crime that has nothing to do with tortoises? Of course, Americans know that Harey is not bright enough to mastermind such a story full of intrigue and mystery, and his long time co-author in government crime, Nancy Pelosi is no Nancy Drew and, in fact, is still desperately waiting for the Wizard of Oz to give her a brain, so just who is aiding and abetting Harey’s Hitleresque stance on Nevada land? Behind every sinister plot in America, you can always find a good attorney. Could it be Lionel Sawyer &Collins, the largest law firm in Nevada…the same one where his son RORY is a shareholder and focuses on government relations is behind Harey’s confident demeanor in all things legal? The politically connected heavy weights at the firm include the now deceased partner and Democrat, Grant Sawyer who served two terms as governor of Nevada and shareholder Democrat RICHARD H BRYAN  who served two terms as governor,  two terms as a U.S. Senator, and as Nevada’s Attorney General. Bryan is in charge of public land issues, obviously a large portion of their business. Other shareholders areWILLIAM MAUPIN who retired in 2009 as Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court and let’s not forget JOHN DAWSON, an expert in transferring assets offshore, exactly what the federal government does not want the average American to do. To make doing business even easier for the firm, they also have an office in Washington D.C. as well, after all, the convenience of being able to walk next door to the White House to discuss the latest way they can screw the American people is, I am sure, very helpful.

Lionel Sawyer & Collins represents all the lucrative Nevada public land deals, including the “Western Solar Energy Plan” that had intended to expand solar energy on public land. With Harey’s help, China’s ENN Energy Group won incentives, including 9,000 acres of public land just 113 miles southeast of Las Vegas. With Harey’s help, ENN bought the land for $4.5 million, less than one-eighth of the land’s $38.6 million dollar assessed value. The Solar plant went bust, but the Chinese still own 9,000 acres of Nevada public land…a disturbing trend.

Harey, Pelosi and Obama’s “New Deal” is to allow the Chinese to convert the more than 8 percent of publicly held U.S. debt , or $1.2 TRILLION dollars, to the acquisition of land or “DEVELOPMENT ZONES” that are rich in oil and natural gas. Since 2010, China’s Offshore Oil Corporation has purchased a mulit-million dollar stake in 600,000 acres of South Texas oil and gas fields and 100% Chinese owned CNOOC and Sinopec Group have acquired $17 billion in oil and natural gas “equity” land interests. The following is a 2012 report in the Wall Street Journal that lists all the PUBLIC LAND now owned by the Chinese:

• Colorado: CNOOC gained a one-third stake in 800,000 acres in northeast Colorado and southwest Wyoming in a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy Corporation.

• Louisiana: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 265,000 acres in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale after a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.

• Michigan: Sinopec gained a one-third interest in 350,000 acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.

• Ohio: Sinopec acquired a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 235,000 Utica Shale acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal.

• Oklahoma: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 215,000 acres in a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.

• Texas: CNOOC acquired a one-third interest in Chesapeake Energy’s 600,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale in a $2.16-billion deal.

Wyoming: CNOOC has a one-third stake in northeast Colorado and southeast Wyoming after a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy. Sinopec gained a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 320,000 acres as part of a larger $2.5-billion deal.

Will the “Trojan Tortoise” be the way Harey Greed can save Nevada land so that one day it can be handed over to the Chinese? Who is the domestic terrorist, Clive Bundy who is raising cattle to feed the American people, or Harey Greed who is helping Obama sell off the sovereignty of the United States?

Haughty Harey is upset that Clive Bundy is “thumbing his nose at authority.” What authority? Does he mean the same tyrannical authority that is allowing him to bilk millions from the American taxpayer and misappropriate American land? Does he mean Americans should respect and obey that corrupt authority?

Lionel Sawyer & Collins are also involved in the regulatory matters for the Malaysian Genting Group who is building a new ASIAN THEMED RESORT just south of Circus Circus in Las Vegas. Genting is controlled by Malaysian billionaire Lim Kok Thay who with the help of Greed’s cronies at the LSC law firm is “quite confident he will obtain his gaming license.”

Lim Kok Thay is promising to offer a replica of the Great Wall of China complete with playful panda bears! That is great news! The Chinese inspired park should become an extremely popular destination for all the Chinese people who are entitled to purchase “equity” in public American land for dimes on the dollar. How exciting for America to have our very own Great Wall of China…how uplifting, patriotic  and hospitable of the Chinese and now, Mao Michelle Obama will not have to leave home to enjoy the panda bears and communist “Wall,” a real win, win for taxpayers! Boy, this Obama Oligarchy is so clever, they have it all figured out, down to every last minuscule  Marxist detail, even an amusement park that will surely be flying the communist flag of China so that all the kiddies who go there can get used to seeing a red flag minus the stars and stripes!

Let’s see who ultimately wins the great American race….the tortoise, the Harey Hitleresque Hierarchy, the Chinese, or the American people. The favorable odds are, do not bet against the American people…they much prefer Bundy beef over Chinese tortoise soup.
