Police have made three public body camera videos showing the encounter and violent arrest of a woman cited for underage drinking in Wildwood over the Memorial Day weekend.The incident gained global attention over the weekend when a bystander posted video to social media showing an officer punching Emily Weinman in the head during the arrest. Weinman, 20, of Philadelphia, was charged with assault officers, kicking and spitting on them during the encounter.

There was not one man on that beach.
My mother would have attacked those f#@king cops, even if the girl was a stranger to her.
If I were there, I would be dead or they would be dead.

There were so many ways the policeman could have handle the situation do avoid escalating it with the girl. If the issue was the alcohol just take the alcohol so you know they will not drink it. But for some reason the policemen reacted because the girl did not show the respect he felt he deserved he escalated the situation. It seem the issue was have alcohol on the beach, deal with the issue do not escalate the situation when you know there is going to be a defensive reaction.
Hopefully the policeman learned a lesson. My thoughts is will not since his actions will always be supported by other policemen, his union, his employer and others you choose not to see he lost sight of the violation because of this girl protecting her rights.
The travesty of this simple confrontation is that is just a small example of what is increasingly happening around our once great country. I just thank god this situation did not end up with a needless death.
