During last night’s show, we received a call that was routed from out of the country from Sam, the man who claims that for 30 years he worked for DARPA. He has taken a liking to the show and has been giving us inside information about scalar weapons development and revealed that name of the weapon used on the American diplomats in Cuba and warned us of an attempted attack on President Trump on his tour of Helsinki.
You may remember that while in Scotland, there was a close call when a man on a para-glider violated the no-fly zone during the President’s golf game and later it was found that one of his secret service agents was found dead. It was determined that 42-year-old Special Agent Noel E. Remagen died of a stroke.
So far, Sam has been giving us sound information and while we cannot verify his credentials his calls have been rerouted through international lines.
When he called this time, he wanted to impart information about the Sunspot, New Mexico and why it has been mysteriously closed.
Over the echoed connection with Sam, I was actually hanging on every word he was saying and frankly was stunned over what he said happened to the National Solar Observatory.
While theories were spinning around virally on the internet about the mysterious closure by the FBI – from aliens to Planet X, Sam gave another story that had me completely flummoxed.
Sam told us that the situation was tied to some unknown weather project where HAARP and two other projects called HAMMER and SMACC worked in conjunction to harness solar plasma and use it for weather warfare.
I requested an immediate explanation as to what these programs are and what they are used for. I received a number of documents about Project Stormfury and the High Altitude Meteorological Manipulation Energy Research (HAMMER) project and its ties to HAARP the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. There was also a separate program that was also used for weather warfare called the Solar Magnetic Amplification and Causative Configurator or SMACC.
The HAARP Project was formed in 1993 and expanded until 2008. It was Classified as an Ionospheric heater used to officially track submarines and communicate with them and unofficially control the weather.
The military has had their eyes on weather control since Operation Popeye was implemented in Vietnam. It was a rainmaker project where the military controlled the weather and used it as a weapon.
Activity was so promising and disturbing with HAARP that DARPA/USAF found it necessary to ‘appear’ to dump it for a lack of success. In 2013 the University of Alaska in Fairbanks was ‘bestowed’ with the project. However, the NAVY is using HAARP as the primary transmitting site for Scalar and other waveform transmissions. Mysteriously, the NAVY has received ‘grant funding’ sufficient to complete an expansion of antenna surface and hardware of over 40% over the next two years.
According to SAM, the High Altitude Meteorological Manipulation Energy Research project began operations in the 2000; this program was opened with DARPA and with NASA’s cooperation.
This project has worked more as a signal source and manipulation service for those signals sent to and through HAARP array.
While HAARP projects the ionospheric signals, they originate from HAMMER.
Solar Magnetic Amplification and Causative Configurator was a project that was established in 2002. It allegedly uses the power of the sun in providing the massive amounts of energy necessary, and in the right form, to power the HAARP transmitters.
The ‘quality’, ‘quantity’, and overall integrity of waveform and value are critical to the success of the entire operation and projects beneath its umbrella. Funding for this and its subordinate projects comes from unknown sources. However one of the groups involved with the project is IARPA – the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity group which is a government agency nicknamed “The Office.”
Welcome to the cloak and dagger world of weather warfare.
Before the revelations of HAMMER and SMACC and their harnessing of solar energy for weather warfare, I was aware that the Large Hadron Collider at CERN had a side project called, S.A.T.A.N.
SATAN was an acronym for the Solar Axion Telescopic Antenna. It is believed that CERN used the SATAN antenna to create quantum Vortex experiments using solar axions.
Axions are hypothetical particles that are components of dark matter. In order to find these axions, CERN proposed the use of magnets and the SATAN antenna array. Their goal was to open portals in order to form quantum conduits that bent space-time.
It was rumored that some of the projects have yielded evidence of eddies in the oceans that have been nicknamed aquatic black holes and also solar columns that have in some cases manipulated the weather.
As Sam had continued speaking, he brought up Hurricane Florence and how its category had dropped sufficiently during our conversation. He said that perhaps we should take a look at this hurricane’s behavior and that it will surprise us by doing something rare and more disastrous.
Today, it was reported that Florence has stalled in the Atlantic and has slowed at a glacial pace, meaning that it could gain power or lose power, but none the less the stalling of the storm could pummel the east coast with heavy rains for a long time and that wave crests of 80 feet could hit the east coast.
Meanwhile, it was reported that Hong Kong was bracing for an even bigger storm.
Super Typhoon Mangkhut is the latest major storm powering through the Pacific ocean, putting millions at risk from severe winds and rain. Super Typhoon Mangkhut is swirling just off the coast of Hong Kong, threatening to bear down on the country with winds topping 160mph. Already, Mangkhut has swept past the US territory of Guam, where flooding and power outages were widespread.
At its current trajectory, the storm is set to batter Hong Kong with these extreme winds this weekend.
This was an amazing coincidence, especially when SAM had spoken of a possible Chinese hacking incident at the Sunspot, New Mexico site that had data on these projects using solar plasma for force multiplied and steered hurricanes.
As far back as 1954, the military had interests in weather modification and documents outlining Project Storm Fury outlined an interest in Hurricane modification.
According to a declassified 258-page document entitled, Weather and Climate Modification, Problems and Prospects. There were brief summaries of the
interests of the US military services in weather modification.
According to the document:
“A portion of the United States Navy program in weather modification
is devoted to the logistic and flight support of the joint N 0 A A
Navy research program on hurricane modification (Project Stormfury).
In addition, it supports studies of cloud and fog dissipation and
the development of pyrotechnic seeding devices. The Office of Naval
Research has for many years supported several basic research programs•
in atmospheric electricity, some of which are relevant to the
possibility of artificially modifying lightning from thunderstorms.”
The Northern Hemisphere is facing an onslaught of hurricanes and typhoons, seemingly overnight. With three storms spinning in the North Atlantic — Hurricane Florence one of them — the tropics have exploded to life at the peak of the annual season. At the same, in the tropical Pacific, Super Typhoon Mangkhut is the most intense tropical cyclone in the world, packing 170 mph winds.
SAM spoke of surprises – well, here are a few anomalies.
The fact is wind shear is at a minimum in the Atlantic and the instability quotient has been low all month. Then as if someone threw a switch and storms exploded everywhere- now here is the other strange part instability quotients all of a sudden went back to low and so Florence stalled.
Steering currents in the atmosphere began to slack and now Florence is now going to unload rain and storm surges, which will flood the east coast.
This is unheard of, but not out of the question.
Florence has company in the Atlantic.
Helene is a Category 1 west of Cabo Verde, boasting 90 mph winds. While the storm is impressive on satellite, it looks likely to remain over the open ocean. The storm will probably become swept up in the jet stream over the weekend, possibly dousing parts of Europe with some heavy rainfall toward the middle of next week.
Isaac is also out there spinning around. The tropical storm will buffet the Lesser Antilles with 60 mph winds before passing well south of Cuba and Puerto Rico in the Caribbean.

There is not one, but two additional systems in the Atlantic. A disturbance posted just offshore of the Yucatan Peninsula is likely to become a tropical depression by the weekend. The National Weather Service may dispatch an Air Force reconnaissance planes to probe the system.
The National Hurricane Center is already advising residents along the coasts of Texas and Louisiana to monitor the system.
An additional wave of low pressure several hundred miles southwest of the Azores may also develop tropical or subtropical characteristics in the next couple of days, but it remains no immediate threat to any land.
If the other two systems in the Atlantic develop into tropical storms, there could be five cyclones simultaneously – there are some weathermen claiming six and a local weatherman here where I live that we are facing a potential of 9. The last time something happened like this was in 1971 and that was only 5 storms.
That is a lot of instability that seems to be turning off and on and I am sure that the mainstream will blame it on Climate Change when the truth appears to be force multiplied activity in the atmosphere through advanced geoengineering.
Today, I received an e-mail from Christopher Fontenot who happened to be listening to the show and wanted to comment on Sam’s allegations.
He was surprised to hear that both HAMMER and SMACC were mentioned as they are considered classified projects.
Christopher concurred that tornadoes, hurricanes, strong winds, and virtually every meteorological phenomenon can be duplicated and manipulated through the combinative efforts of HAARP and HAMMER.
He also said that he believed that the Sunspot observatory detected unusual, artificially made, patterns and intensities on the solar surface.
Furthermore, Fontenot said that the technology has the ability to actually trigger solar flares CME [coronal mass ejections] with the newest Solar Magnetic Amplification and Causative Configurator. [SMACC]
He claims that The ‘Black Coronal Hole’ that was recorded prior to Sunspot shutdown is the target site of a massive HAARP transmitted SMACC energy burst … a pure energy Scalar Wave of over 50 Gigawatts.
He continued to say that Discharge of ionospheric electrical potential can be directed. By creating a pathway for that electricity to travel through plasma ion channeling, a lightning strike can be directed. In fact, it doesn’t require a LASER to do so. Even microwave dipole phased array systems like NEXRAD can create that pathway. This mechanism of dispersing ionospheric electrical charge into the atmosphere occurs with all phased array systems. If increased ionic heating is desired in weather systems, a simple process of manipulation provides a pathway for that to occur.
Changing the air mass from a net negative to positive charge creates charge separation to move that air mass in a desired direction, as we know opposite charges attract. Steering a hurricane or decreasing its’ net charge is as easy as inducing charge via plasma ion channeling processes. If we want to create a tornado or other weather phenomena, satellite maser/lasers can provide the path for electrically charging that phenomena. And the tornado will form no different than a naturally occurring one, with no one the wiser.
Earthquakes, as well as volcanic eruptions, are tied to the discharge of the ionosphere through strata of our atmosphere and terra firma. Whereas, different layers attenuate to ELF, VLF, and ULF frequencies causing EQs to occur at that point or layer in our planet’s crust. Volcanoes are points of high potential for discharge due to conductivity between the ionosphere and telluric currents in the ground. These points of high potential can be dormant for decades until such time that an interface occurs.
Christopher also notes that CERN also produces a dipole axial acceleration no different than that observed in plasma instability experiments. The act of accelerating oppositely charged particles in a counter-rotational dynamic produces that dipole axial acceleration of ions.
The data and research on all of this new technology is mind-numbing.
Nikola Tesla suggested that man could do this someday. He proposed that perturbing solar activity was possible.
Have we now witnessed the most active display of weather warfare to date?
Is this a new and more dangerous form of electrojet geoengineering?
It is a hard sell to convince climate change supporters that what we are seeing is an act of weather warfare and that nature is now a weapon.
The technocrats attempt to manipulate Earth’s climate and life support systems is the absolute epitome of unbridled hubris.
The ongoing global geoengineering assault has now become dangerous and out of control.
Our planet under siege and we are accelerating at blinding speed toward a completely new and unimaginably challenging reality.
The fight to expose and halt climate and weather engineering is a fight for life and our wellbeing.
Scalar technology is scary stuff, especially when it is in the hands of monsters.
They have lost control of the weather, these toilet bugs have ruined the planet. You heat up the oceans, you unleash hell.
All we can hope for now is an intervention from a higher power, we are now at the mercy of something from another demention .
Sound crazy, prove me wrong… find a way to cool down the sun, maybe then we have a chance in a million, were F’d…maybe not now but soon.
