  1. So who are the “new board members” that “are moving in?” Did someone elect them? One wonders what will come of this.

    1. More often than not (ie. pretty much 100%) people with “business interests/ties” are attracted to or control the seats on a board as opposed to the people who are just employed by local government to do “the work”. It would be interesting to find out exactly who the people are who were removed & who they are being replaced with & what their local business interest/ties are. Might be somewhat legit but could also (probably) just be a turf war that couldn’t be resolved the “normal” way.
