Anti-Gun Liberals Rejoice over Gun Accident

Constitution – by Michael Ware

We are told that we should not be happy if anyone dies. This is the sentiment that we received when people were glad that Castro passed away. But now it seems that this sentiment does not extend to those who defended the Constitution publicly.

Heat Street reports

Coldhearted gun control advocates have gone ecstatic after the news broke that conservative Portland Press Herald columnist Michael D. Harmon died at his home, when a handgun he was showing to a teenage boy went off.

Harmon, an ardent supporter of gun rights who championed conservative viewpoints, was an editor and columnist for the Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram. He’d worked for the paper for more than 40 years and, after his retirement in 2011, continued writing a weekly column for the newspaper.

Yet his enemies rejoiced after he was shot dead, with one person writing on Facebook: “Accidental, but not a tragedy. Just more collateral damage. We lost nothing. Never ask me to feel bad for a gun freak getting killed by his own gun.”

Now, unlike Castro, Harmon never killed or ordered the death of any other human being. He simply did not agree with these people and this was his only crime to them. Harmon believed that the 2nd Amendment was vital to the survival of our Republic. And this was why these nuts are so happy.

Harmon was a man that reported the truth on this and other issues. He was a thorn in the sides of anti-gun and anti-2nd Amendment activists. They love that he is dead and they love the way in which he died. Once again proving what the Word of God says about those who refuse wisdom.

Proverbs 8:10

“But he who sins against me injures himself; All those who hate me love death.”

They rejoice over a news man’s death because they love death.

  1. Well, I must disagree with one line from the story, where this is called an “accidental tragedy”. It may be a tragedy, but it was no accident. What it was, was 3 people handling a firearm who had no business doing so, period. The moment the firearm was picked up, it should have been cleared of magazine and rounds in chamber, or if revolver eject all cartridges in cylinder. Then, it should have been checked a second time. Only then, when certain gun was safe, should it have been offered to some one else, slide back with empty chamber and no mag, or empty cylinder swung out open. The person receiving the handgun should have refused to take it if it were not in this condition. “But it was a kid who didn’t know better, one might say. Then WHY was he being handed a firearm in the first place? Like I said, 3 people who had NO business handling a firearm. PERIOD!

  2. “We are told that we should not be happy if anyone dies.”

Whose crazy idea was that? If all the right people croak, all of our problems would vanish.

“Never ask me to feel bad for a gun freak getting killed by his own gun.”

Gun freak? That term alone tells us that this woman’s opinions are guided by prejudice rather than thought. The liberals’ fantasy world is a real threat to the security of this nation. Not only have they raised a generation of sissies too effeminate to fight for anything, but they simply refuse to acknowledge the importance of an armed population, despite the endless lessons from history.

Keep the rose-colored glasses on your face, bimbo, and keep believing this would be a perfect world if only we were all disarmed, helpless, and subjugated by Obama. And I sincerely hope that no gun freak saves your useless corpse from being tossed into the mass grave with rest of them.

  3. “They rejoice over a news man’s death because they love death.”

Being brain-dead, unarmed sheeple… that’s exactly what they’ll get, too.

    Gene pool cleansing.
