Heavy snowfall from the storm Filomena hit the Mediterranean country last week, resulting in at least four deaths and causing mass cancellations of flights and road closures. Experts consider it to be the heaviest in around 50 years. The unusual amount of snow, however, made some people believe that the blizzard was not caused by nature.

A Spanish woman has claimed that the snow brought by the storm Filomena is not real. In a video, she takes some snow from her balcony and ignites her lighter, showing that the snow does not melt near the flame, but instead turns black. Cincinnati, OH — In 2019, Paul Koren, a 70-year-old grandpa with no criminal record, was the victim of a home invasion. Two men broke into his home looking for cash and guns — which he did not have. After police would show up to investigate, Koren would be arrested. The actions of police that night are now the subject of a civil suit.

During their investigation into the home invasion, police discovered that the retired engineer and grandfather was growing a couple of marijuana plants in his basement. Cincinnati.com reports that Koren explained to them that he was growing it to give away to sick people including a nephew who suffered from pain because of a degenerative muscle disease. It is hard to believe the testimonies of Israeli tourists returning from the UAE, in which they describe Dubai as the Las Vegas of the Middle East. This is specifically in terms of the spread of prostitution and the sex trade that does not befit an Arab Muslim country.

Reports from Israel suggest that 8,000 Israelis travelled to Dubai to celebrate the New Year. They apparently took hashish and marijuana with them to the UAE, despite its strict drug laws, with up to 20 years imprisonment and sometimes execution for convicted drug smugglers. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been hit by Twitter’s campaign of high-profile censorship, as the platform removed his messages blasting coronavirus vaccines from the US and the UK as “completely untrustworthy.”

Khamenei’s remarks were posted to his multiple accounts, run in different languages, late on Friday. The Twitter thought police, however, were quick to react, purging the messages it deemed “misleading.”

I’m scared to death to say the least! And to find someone willing to attempt to figure this out hasn’t been very successful! I went to 2 hospitals today, walked out of deaconess and went to St Vincent. No answers there either.

Following Wednesday’s violent conflict at the U.S. Capitol that saw a woman shot to death and several others dead of medical emergencies, teams of political science academics and students have begun circulating open letters urging President Donald Trump be immediately removed from office.

The letter from academics, initially circulated by Dartmouth Political Science Professor Brendan Nyhan, asks the administration to utilize the 25th Amendment or Congress to invoke articles of impeachment to “immediately remove President Donald J. President-elect Joe Biden has expressed moral support for Democratic lawmakers’ efforts to oust Donald Trump, calling him “one of the most incompetent presidents” in US history and saying he is “not fit to serve”.
