HENDERSON, NV — Police forcibly commandeered homes from two innocent families because they wanted to use the properties to surveil a neighbor. After their plan was denied by phone request, police conspired and executed a plan to break into the homes and arrest the innocent homeowners, a lawsuit reveals.

The incident took place on July 10th, 2011.  The Henderson Police Department (HPD) was issued a complaint about suspected domestic violence.  Police decided that they wanted use two neighboring houses to observe the suspect. In conjunction with the North Las Vegas Police Department (NLVPD), officers devised a plan to commandeer the home of Anthony Mitchell, as well as the home of his parents, Michael and Linda Mitchell — both living adjacent to the suspect.  Each of them were innocent and uninvolved in the suspected crime.   Continue reading “Two homes forcibly commandeered by police, innocent homeowners arrested”

In his private life, Justin Klitch of Payette, Idaho may be kind, personable, generous, and compulsively honest. While on the clock, however, he’s a professional thug – in the original sense of the expression.

The Thugs of India were a nomadic, secretive order of highway robbers notorious for gaining the confidence of travelers before ambushing, plundering, and sometimes killing them. Klitch plays a similar role as a patrol officer with the Idaho State Police, conducting pretext stops of drivers in order to search their vehicles for drugs or large amounts of cash. He does this in the tacit but provable hope of justifying the “forfeiture” – that is, the theft – of their vehicles and anything else of value he and his comrades can find.   Continue reading “High Desert Highwaymen: More Scenes from the Drug War in Treasure Valley”

In his latest column, former U.S. Treasury official Paul Craig Roberts says that George W. Bush and Barack Obama have established the precedent that impeachment is a “dead letter law,” with both Congress and the Judiciary accepting their impotence in the face of a tyrannical executive. As an illustration of how this state of affairs came about, Roberts cites a communication he received from Professor Francis A. Boyle of the University of Illinois Law School.

Boyle relates how, on the eve of the Iraq War in March 2003, Rep. John Conyers, the senior Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, convened an emergency meeting of 40 or more of his top advisors, mostly lawyers. Boyle continues:

One thing that has become quite common in discussions about the possible collapse of our society is for people to romanticize what the world will look like. With the government gone, people think they’ll be free to do as they they please. They assume that, while the world as we know it will most certainly change, the system will remain fairly stable. Most of us want to believe there will be trading posts to replace grocery stores, that we’ll be able to produce our own food without being bothered, that community groups will defend our interests, and that our home defense armaments will be sufficient to repel looters.   Continue reading “Shocking Videos: The Post Collapse World Will Be Violent and Brutal *EXTREMELY GRAPHIC IMAGERY*”

There’s a fifth column in America.

A Trojan Horse within our laws. It’s composed of dual citizens and foreign nationals. Those people that hold loyalty to another country. Surprisingly, many of these dual citizens hold elected offices or are in “security sensitive” positions in America. This is not in the national interest of America.   Continue reading “Traitors in our Government Allegiance to Israel”

Back in 1990 GWH Bush proposed the universal adoption of

The New World Order.

Few if any then, took him seriously.

The image above depicts some of the problems inherent in trying to use just one hugely perverse global-policy, to try to control every aspect of the disintegrating planet that we were already living in, in 1973. That was the same year that the Trilateral Commission met for the first time to enslave and occupy the population of the world.    Continue reading “What’s Going On?”

Libertarian ideology favors privatization. However, in practice privatization is usually very different in result than libertarian ideology postulates. Almost always, privatization becomes a way for well-connected private interests to loot both the public purse and the general welfare.

Most privatizations, such as those that have occurred in France and UK during the neoliberal era, and in Greece today and Ukraine tomorrow, are lootings of public assets by politically-connected private interests.   Continue reading “Privatization: Looting the public purse”

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., April 16, 2014 – By a 5-2 party-line vote yesterday, a Missouri senate committee passed House Bill 1439 (HB1439), the 2nd Amendment Preservation Act.  This is an “emergency” bill that seeks to nullify virtually every federal gun control measure on the books, “whether past, present or future.” Introduced by Rep.
