Michigan-based North Bay Produce is voluntarily recalling several varieties of apples for possible Listeria contamination.
Nearly 2,300 cases of fresh Michigan apples and two bulk bins that were distributed in eight states are part of the recall because they are potentially contaminated with the Listeria monocytogenes bacteria, the company said in a news release.

The state of Washington is the first in the union to start “composting” dead human bodies as crop “fertilizer,” bringing to real life the fictitious scenario depicted in the famous dystopian film Soylent Green.
According to reports, Washington’s Senate and House of Representatives approved with strong bipartisan majorities Bill 5001, entitled, “Concerning human remains,” which was signed into law by Governor Jay Inslee, legalizing the “natural organic reduction” of human remains. In Tacoma, Washington, a showdown is coming because the city is considering taxing gun sales.
The councilman proposing the measure to be brought up on Tuesday at the city council, Ryan Mello, stated, “I can’t ban assault rifles in the city of Tacoma. I can’t ban certain types of ammo in the city of Tacoma. I can’t require safe storage. There’s a lot I can’t do. The one thing I am not pre-empted from doing is reasonable taxation on firearms and ammunition,” as The Wall Street Journal reported. On the morning of October 24, a parking enforcement officer in Bloomington, Indiana noticed that all of the parking meters were spray-painted pink and green, and the coin and card slots were filled with expanding foam, making the machines inoperable.

If you doubt this claim simply look at the mega banks caught laundering money for terrorists and drug dealers who never go to jail. Or, look at the financial institutions who are constantly caught stealing from American citizens in fraudulent schemes and merely pay a fine to avoid any jail. Or, look at the massive tech companies who get caught illegally exploiting millions of children, pay the state, and face no other consequences. If you are a common citizens, who doesn’t happen to have billions of dollars, however, you can and will be sent to jail for a very long time for being unable to pay the state. The Phoenix, Arizona-based Biological Resource Center (BRC) is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for allegedly operating as an illicit, black market human body parts dealer, all while claiming to be a “biological life sciences” company.
Plaintiffs in a new lawsuit say that BRC has been falsely advertising itself as a company that supposedly collects the remains of people’s dead relatives and salvages them for medical purposes, cremating whatever is leftover and returning the ashes to the families. But in reality, BRC was actually harvesting body parts from corpses and selling them, among other crimes. If you’ve shopped at Walmart recently, you may want to check your freezer. The retail giant has recalled more than 6,400 pounds of frozen meat for possible salmonella contamination, including ready-to-eat pork and turkey sausage patties. The products were manufactured in Tennessee by George’s Prepared Foods, then shipped across the nation and sold under Walmart’s “Great Value” brand name. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, there have been no reports of consumer illness. However, the recall was issued after George’s Prepared Foods found items in its facility that tested positive for salmonella. The company planned to dispose of the contaminated items, but a third-party-cold storage facility mistakenly distributed the products. The majority of U.S. voters say newly arrived immigrants are not assimilating to American culture but are rather keeping their foreign cultures when they arrive, a new poll finds.
The latest Associated Press-NORC poll reveals that a majority of 54 percent of all U.S. voters say immigrants are not adopting American culture and instead are retaining their foreign cultures. Nearly six-in-ten white voters and almost half of Hispanic voters agree that immigrants are not assimilating to American culture. Four executives at an Illinois manufacturing plant have been charged with knowingly hiring illegal aliens, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency reveals.
According to ICE officials, four executives at the sheet metal KSO MetalFab Inc. manufacturing plant in Streamwood, Illinois — a suburb of Chicago — have been charged with one count each of knowingly harboring illegal aliens and one count each of knowingly hiring illegal aliens.
