NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Nearly 30,000 pounds of Jimmy Dean sausage links was recalled after five people complained about finding metal in their meat.

A Detroit woman is suing Wayne County, Michigan, after police seized her car for possession of $10 worth of marijuana under the state’s civil asset forfeiture laws.

Crystal Sisson alleges in a federal civil rights lawsuit filed Wednesday that she was pulled over by Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies this July after they surveilled her going into a Detroit medical marijuana dispensary, where she had bought a small amount of marijuana for $10. Hundreds of migrants from a Central American “caravan” turned themselves in to the US Border Patrol in El Paso, Texas. They hope to still get asylum in the US, due to to a court challenge to President Donald Trump’s new policy.

Groups of migrants, including families, showed up at an opening in the border fence between El Paso and Ciudad Juarez starting Monday morning, the Border Patrol said.
