Several Bakersfield police officers were recently caught on video, mercilessly beating a man who they claim was non-compliant. However, the video speaks for itself, and it does not appear that the man was a threat to the officers at all. In fact, the man can be heard screaming before the officers beat and taser him, and saying that his leg is broken.   Continue reading “California Cops Beat and Taze Mentally Ill Man For Jaywalking”

Hollywood celebrities donned orange outfits for “gun safety” and tweeted support for more gun laws on Thursday as part of the #WearOrange campaign promoted by gun control groups including Everytown for Gun Safety and Moms Demand Action.

The day of action to push for more gun control laws came just one day after a former UCLA student allegedly shot and killed professor William Klug in an on-campus engineering building on Wednesday, and then turned the gun on himself. On Thursday, the LAPD identified the gunman as former doctoral student Mainak Sarka, according to ABC7.   Continue reading “Celebs Call for Gun Control on ‘National Gun Violence Awareness Day’”

A bill is working its way through the California assembly that would allow local prosecutors to bring criminal charges under the State’s Unfair Competition Law (UCL) for expressing skepticism or denial of man made climate change. Seriously.

Now this is not one of those situations where some random crazy assemblyman proposes a bill that goes nowhere. Nor is this an offhand comment by Loretta Lynch. This bill has made it through committee and is scheduled for floor action on Thursday. This is a bill that has a real chance of becoming law.   Continue reading “California Bill Would Make Climate Change Skepticism CRIMINAL”

For anyone who has been following the ongoing battle between the state of North Carolina and the Obama administration’s Department of (social) Justice over transgender bathroom access, you know the conflict has collided with the state’s gubernatorial race.

Governor Pat McCrory, a Republican, signed House Bill 2 into law in late March. The bill stopped an ordinance voted in by a liberal Charlotte city council, that would have made all city bathrooms gender neutral. This would include bathrooms and locker rooms at city schools.   Continue reading “NC Attorney General Roy Cooper Reverses Stance, Will Defend State Against Department of (social) Justice”

Contrary to what political correctness and social justice advocates would have you believe, their ideas are not about protecting minorities. They serve only one purpose in our society, and that is to hamstring free speech and hobble the cultural cornerstones of our rights. On the surface these ideas may sound like they’re promoting sensitivity, but in reality they are tools of social engineering designed to break down our culture and language, and pave the way for a new oppressive society.   Continue reading “Louisiana Democrat Claims Declaration Of Independence Is Racist”

Police do not need a warrant to obtain a person’s cellphone location data held by wireless carriers, a U.S. appeals court ruled on Tuesday, dealing a setback to privacy advocates.

The full 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia, voted 12-3 that the government can get the information under a decades-old legal theory that it had already been disclosed to a third party, in this case a telephone company.   Continue reading “U.S. court says no warrant needed for cellphone location data”

The U.S. Justice Department on Tuesday filed an emergency motion to stop sanctions imposed by a federal judge in Texas that included mandated ethics classes for federal prosecutors, as part of ongoing litigation over immigration policy.

The sanctions were ordered on May 19 by District Judge Andrew Hanen, who ruled in February 2015 that President Barack Obama’s executive actions on immigration were outside the bounds of the president’s authority.   Continue reading “Justice Department asks for hold on court sanctions in immigration case”

A reverse buy bust appears to be in the works for the Albuquerque Police Department, but the details of how they plan to go about catching low-level drug users — by becoming crack cocaine manufacturers — signifies everything inherently corrupt about the U.S.’ war on drugs.

Government licensing as an extortion racket and depressor of prosperity

Government, has for thousands of years, refined its methods of extracting wealth from people, perhaps with no greater efficiency than in 20th century America. The Federal Reserve, corporatism, and consumerism proved a winning combination for achieving what is known as The Great Fleecing.   Continue reading “How Government Takes Away Your Right to do Something and Sells it Back to You as a “License””

We teach little kids from the time that they are very small to dial 9-1-1 for an emergency. The sad part about this (besides possibly having your dog shot for no reason) is that, in an era where the majority of people are using cell phones, 9-1-1 can suffer an accuracy rate of just 10% on being able to correctly locate someone when they desperately need emergency services most.

The reality of this means that Facebook check-in and fast food ordering apps are actually more reliable at being able to locate you in an emergency than 9-1-1 which people typically only dial for an emergency.   Continue reading “Facebook And Dominos Are More Reliable At Finding You Than 9-1-1 In An Emergency”

Washington, D.C. – Providing even more proof that she is simply a puppet for the ruling oligarchy, on Thursday, Hillary Clinton attended a $100,000-a-head fundraiser hosted by none other than Lynn Forester de Rothschild, a prominent New York businesswoman, and supporter of Mrs. Clinton.

The Rothschild banking dynasty is a family line that has been accused of pulling the political strings of many different governments through their control of various economic systems throughout the world. Historically, there is ample evidence to prove that the family has used its vast fortune to control the political apparatus of numerous nations throughout history, toppling regimes and bringing entire economies to their knees.
