Know your rights

When researching this story, I couldn’t find the details of what happened here exactly or where it occurred, but what you can see on the video is a clear violation of an elderly man’s rights, after what looks to be a serious roll over car crash. policecrimecom, who posted the video, gives some wonderful information about maintaining your right to remain silent, when dealing with the police. You must say clearly, I choose to remain silent.

The Supreme Court has recommended invoking your right to remain silent and not to talk to officer until you’ve consulted an attorney. The moral of this video is to know your rights and invoke them if necessary to protect yourself and your family.   Continue reading “Police Abuse Old Man After Roll Over Car Crash”

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal vetoed Friday a controversial bill that many critics of the Common Core standards said would bind the state further both to the nationalized standards and the PARCC tests aligned to them.

According to The Advocate, the measure, House Bill 953, which was sponsored by state Rep. Walt Leger (D), would give students, teachers, and schools one more year to prepare for the Common Core standards.   Continue reading “Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal Vetoes Controversial Common Core Bill”

Organic farmers and our food supply have a huge environmental hazard to contend with compliments of the U.S. government – chemtrails. Chemtrails are chemical or biological agents deliberately sprayed at high altitudes for purposes undisclosed to the general public in programs directed by various government officials. These sprays pollute the soil, water and air while compromising the health of humans, animals and plants. But wait – Monsanto has developed seeds that will weather the effect of the sprays, creating a tidy profit for the corporation while organics suffer.   Continue reading “Chemtrails Killing Organic Crops, Monsanto’s GMO Seeds Thrive”

An over a century-old record falls.

The average temperature for December 2013 to March 2014 period in  Chicago was only 22.0°F, 10 degrees below freezing, beating the old record set in the winter of 1903-04. It even beat the harsh winters of 1977/78 which were some of the worst ever.

Excerpted from Campus Reform: A Christian club at Chico State University (CSU) may lose its status as a campus group because its requirement that its leaders be Christians violates a state anti-discrimination policy.

The California State University system said asking leaders to sign a statement of faith violates a 2011 executive order which forbids discrimination based on “race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, color, age, gender, marital status, citizenship, sexual orientation, or disability.”   Continue reading “Campus Christian Club Found Guilty Of Discrimination For Requiring Its Leaders To Be Christians”

The below listed BREAKING news press release was drafted in response to my column and related email titled, “OIG & FOIA REQUEST: Homeland Security Police Harassing and Intimidating Veterans at Mission Valley VA Clinic.

It is our position that the unannounced exercises conducted by the Federal Protective Services (FPS) at the VA Medical Facilities in Mission Valley, CA while Veteran patients were seeking medical support from doctors, was “oppressive” and was being conducted in violation of standard law enforcement practices and procedures (armed individuals wearing black, carrying weapons, wearing bullet proof vests, with leased guard dogs, helmets, dark glasses, while refusing to identify themselves,  threatened Veterans with arrest when they tried to take photos & asked the FPS Officers to identify themselves; there actions patrolling up and own corridors in the VA Medical Center frightened elderly patients & their wives).   Continue reading “Homeland Security Police Caught Harassing Sick Veterans”

Senate Finance Committee chairman John DeFrancisco said today he has no plans to move a bill that would legalize medical marijuana out of his committee, saying too many uncertainties remain about the drug.

“The Savino bill will not come out of my committee, the Finance Committee,” he said. “You don’t have any kind of reasonable research on the effects. You have people coming in here every day trying to ban e-cigarettes and use of tobacco in other ways.”   Continue reading “Medical marijuana suffers major blow in Senate”

US Banks enjoyed more or less steadily climbing, or rather soaring, deposits by Russian institutions and individuals, having tripled in just two years to $21.6 billion by February, according to the US Treasury.

It may seem a bit counterintuitive that in times of ZIRP anyone would put any money in anyUS banks, and it may seem even more counterintuitive that Russians who have other opportunities with their money would voluntarily subject themselves to the Fed’s financial repression.   Continue reading “Giant Sucking Sound: Russian Money Yanked From US Banks”
