Is it correct to state that after nearly eight years of war in Iraq and the loss of 4,500 American lives the United States has finally pulled all of its forces out of Iraq? The answer is an emphatic “No.” Reports in mid-December confirm that the “U.S.-led” coalition will be beefed up to 4,600 troops, most of whom will be Americans.
Has President Obama kept his oft-stated promise to pull all of America’s forces out of Afghanistan? Again, an emphatic “No.” A total of 5,500 will remain at least until the end of 2015. Continue reading “How Did “Withdraw All Troops” Become Adding Thousands?”
Tornadoes unleashed by thunderstorms along the U.S. Gulf Coast ripped through southeastern Mississippi on Tuesday, killing four people, injuring numerous others and causing extensive damage to homes and businesses, authorities said.
One of the heaviest-hit areas was a commercial district along the U.S. Highway 98 bypass in the town of Columbia in Marion County, about 30 miles (48 km) west of Hattiesburg, state emergency management spokesman Greg Flynn told Reuters. For an end-of-year surprise from Obamacare, millions of Americans could find Obama’s healthcare officials choosing a plan for them instead of allowing people to make their own choices. It seems that Obamacare is about to impose those changes without taking any consideration of current medical conditions and without bothering to determine whether people have coverage or ongoing medical concerns.
It looks like Obama has decided that millions of Americans are just too stupid to figure out how to handle their own healthcare and will by fiat simply impose his own ideas on people. Continue reading “Merry Christmas! Obamacare About to Hurt Millions More Americans on Christmas Day”

Just this week, the New York Times published an article stating that the problem of surging whooping cough cases has more to do with flaws in the current vaccines than with parents’ resistance. Could the truth about vaccines be going mainstream?
So, you’re trying to grow a plant. You take it inside, in a little pot. You feed it fertilizer, put it under lights, and when it starts to wilt, you prop it up with all sorts of sticks and tape, and when one fails, you add more. Eventually it dies. All it wanted was sun, fresh air, clean water, and the magic of natural soil. I think of this pathetic image when I reflect on the absurdity of our vaccination program. If it were only absurd, and not deadly, my reflections would be just that. Instead, I am here to speak to pregnant women about how to arm themselves with knowledge, to warn them so there are no regrets. MOSCOW, December 20 (Sputnik), Ekaterina Blinova – A weakened ruble and dropping oil prices will not undermine Russia’s economy or trigger riots in the streets of Moscow, believes Marin Katusa, author of the New York Times bestseller, “The Colder War,” and the Chief Energy Investment Strategist at Casey Research.
“Russia is not some Zimbabwe-to-be. It’s sitting on a surplus of foreign assets and very healthy foreign exchange reserves of around $375 billion. Moreover, it has a strong debt-to-GDP ratio of just 13% and a large (and steadily growing) stockpile of gold… Russia will arrest the ruble’s slide and keep pumping oil,” writes Marin Katusa in his article “Why Russia will halt the ruble’s slide and keep pumping oil.” Continue reading “Russia to Halt Ruble Slide, Increase Energy Ties With China: US Expert”
As even Reuters observes this morning when discussing the ongoing crude rout, “the market slide has triggered conspiracy theories, ranging from the Saudis seeking to curb the U.S. oil boom, to Riyadh looking to undermine Iran and Russia for their support of Syria.” It appears said theories will continue raging for a long time, because as Saudi Arabia’s oil minister who has been extensively in the news in the past couple (that means “two” as per Janet Yellen) of month explained, the biggest OPEC oil producer said on Sunday it would not cut output to prop up oil markets even if non-OPEC nations did so, in one of the toughest signals yet that the world’s top petroleum exporter plans to ride out the market’s biggest slump in years, and that the price of crude is not going up any time soon.
