Thousands of Oregonians are ripping a proposal to make the state’s mask mandate permanent, flooding the state government with “openly hostile” comments on the idea.
Democratic Oregon Gov. Kate Brown’s health department has proposed a permanent masking rule as the current regulations are set to expire next month. The proposal has received a record number of public comments – five times more comments than the previous record holder, according to the Washington Examiner. Dash cam video from a Carroll County, Georgia, law enforcement vehicle shows a suspect with an AK-47 open fire on a sheriff’s deputies.

Mandatory face masks, physical distancing, business capacity limits, and other authoritarian Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions could soon become permanent fixtures in Oregon if a proposed new rule gets enacted in the state.

Four people at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida got into a fight Wednesday after three passengers allegedly refused to wear masks on a flight to Chicago.

WASHINGTON – Former President Donald Trump said he would urge his supporters to get the COVID-19 vaccine, but he acknowledged that some of them may refuse in the name of “freedom.”

A Facebook post suggesting that pharmaceutical companies, global investment groups and billionaire philanthropists conspired to bring about the COVID-19 pandemic has been shared online.
The post claims there are links between the organisations and invites readers to consider that they are proof of a conspiracy. It ends with the sentence: “Now you understand how a dead bat sold in a wet market in China infected the ENTIRE PLANET” (here, here, here, here). The next round of COVID-19 relief could bring up to $1,400 direct payments to millions of Americans. Some people will buy food, save money, pay rent or bills. Others will gamble in the stock market. Some may take the free money and print an entire 3D gun at home. According to Futurism, it now only costs $350 to print to a firearm, including the printer’s cost.
Deterrence Dispensed, an online group that promotes and distributes open-source 3D-printed firearms, has designed a fully functional 3D-printable semiautomatic pistol caliber carbine. Alta Sierra, CA — Video and audio was released this week illustrating the horrifying effects of sending untrained armed militants to deal with the mentally ill instead of professionals. On February 4, 33-year-old Sage Crawford’s two children watched from just a few feet away as Nevada County Sheriff’s deputies killed their mom who was in need of mental health help and received police bullets instead.
According to police, dispatchers received a call of a woman walking down Alta Sierra Drive with her two small children. What started as an average day for Ryan Chaney turned into “a genocide of metal” as he found himself pulling people from the wreckage of a mass-casualty crash in Fort Worth on Thursday morning.

If a new bill that has been introduced in Congress eventually becomes law, the 2nd Amendment will still be in the U.S. Constitution, but for all practical purposes the rights that it is supposed to guarantee will be dead and gone. H.R. 127 was submitted on January 4th, and if you have not read it yet you can find the full text right here. It contains a lot of technical language, and so in this article I am going to try to break down what it means very simply. Now that the Democrats control the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives, there is going to be a major push to ram through some form of gun control legislation.
