An interesting case was just brought before the U.S. Supreme Court that could have massive ramifications for our electoral system. It centers around the definition of “one person, one vote.” The question is, exactly what does that mean? When districts are created, right now it’s based on population, but should that definition be refined?

A proposal to admit 10,000 Syrian refugees to the United States has ignited a bitter debate in Washington, but more than 10 times that number of people from the embattled country have quietly come to America since 2012, according to figures obtained by FoxNews.com.
Some 102,313 Syrians were granted admission to the U.S. as legal permanent residents or through programs including work, study and tourist visas from 2012 through August of this year, a period which roughly coincides with the devastating civil war that still engulfs the Middle Eastern country. Experts say any fears that terrorists might infiltrate the proposed wave of refugees from United Nations-run camps should be dwarfed by the potential danger already here. “From 1770 to today, grand juries have investigated “willful misconduct in office by public officers”, issued indictments or “presentments” holding government agents accountable. When a LEGAL grand jury acts upon their full independent power to investigate, and tells a “protecting prosecutor” to “shut-up, sit down, and we will call you when we need you”, there is justice. Examples of accountability include the Rodney King situation, 5 NOPD officers during Katrina, and in Kentucky (2010), Whitley County Sheriff Lawrence Hodge. There are unique legal strategies to accomplish more with a grand jury. The Los Angeles Unified School District closed all schools after a bomb threat was called in to a school board member, the LA Police Department has confirmed. The LAUSD is the nation’s second largest, with 640,000 students in over 1,000 schools.
The threat was made to “students at school,” LAUSD Superintendent Ramon Cortines said at a press conference Tuesday morning.

We are currently being “funneled” into a trap that is created day-by-day with glacial slowness with the intention of nullifying the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the right to keep and bear arms. The “Overton Window” is a concept of pushing forth concepts that are believed to be acceptable by the public. The media has been relentless in its aid to the administration by demonizing any and all who practice their God-given, Constitution affirmed rights to possess firearms. The final enabling of this, however, is being carried about by the U.S. Congress and by President Obama with Executive Actions.
