Russia’s Defense Ministry published images and a map it says reveal a chain of oil smuggling to Turkey from Islamic State – from extraction to refining facilities. At least three ISIS oil supply routes were located, all leading to Turkey.
“The General Staff of the Russian Federation Armed Forces has irrefutable evidence of Turkey’s involvement based on aerial and space reconnaissance data,” Lieutenant-General Sergey Rudskoy said during the Defense Ministry briefing on Wednesday. The U.S. is sending more special operations forces to help Iraqi and Kurdish forces battling ISIS, as well as capture or kill senior leaders of the terror network in Iraq and Syria.
A U.S. official told Fox News that approximately 200 troops would be sent to Iraq within the next few weeks part of a “specialized expeditionary targeting force” announced by Defense Secretary Ash Carter in testimony before the House Armed Services Committee Tuesday. California Health and Human Services Agency Secretary Diana S. Dooley has just cast aside a law intended to protect children from mercury in vaccines. In a letter dated October 9 (see full text below), Dooley is now urging all children in California to be injected with mercury — TWICE! — in the form of flu shots.
“I am granting a temporary exemption from California Health and Safety Code Section 124172 for seasonal influenza vaccine with trace levels of thimerosal to be administered to children younger than three years from October 9, 2015 through December 31, 2015, because the current supply of thimerosal-free vaccine for young children is inadequate,” declares Dooley. (Thimerosal always contains mercury. When I tested mercury concentrations in influenza vaccines using ICP-MS instrumentation in my laboratory, results showed mercury at over 50,000 ppb — about 25,000 times higher than what the EPA allows in drinking water.) Russia warns that Islamic State is taking control of heroin production and trafficking. The terrorists are already making $1 billion a year from Afghan heroin and there are fears the proceeds are to be used for more Paris-style attacks.

Just to be clear, everyone who’s been paying attention knows there have been US boots on the ground in Syria and Iraq for quite some time.
When Obama announced last month that Washington would be deploying “less than 50” Spec Ops to Syria, the public’s reaction (as exemplified by the painful presser with White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest) seemed to indicate that everyone had forgotten that just five months ago, US commandos executed a raid in Syria that purportedly killed Islamic State’s “gas minister” (and yes, that’s just as absurd as it sounds). And then there was the Peshmerga-assisted raid on an ISIS prison in the northern Iraqi town of Huwija that resulted in the first US combat death in the country since 2006. Footage from that operation was plastered all over the news in a desperate attempt to prove the US is still serious about fighting terror. Argentina’s president has blocked the extradition of a Denver fugitive who claims he was framed for murder because video he took of ground zero proves U.S. complicity in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
The government of Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner issued an executive order Sept. 16 overriding a December decision by the Argentina Supreme Court. Several years into the Syrian Civil War, in which the Syrian military has been fighting almost non-stop against ISIS, the French Foreign Ministry today announced that the Syrian military “could be used” to fight ISIS, but only if Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is first removed from office.
Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius insisting that the eventual defeat of ISIS would require ground troops, and sought to reassure people that the French military wouldn’t be sending its own ground troops, suggesting that the Syrian military could substitute for that. A new dashcam video shows Chicago cop Jason Van Dyke in pursuit of Laquan McDonald for 30 seconds before he fatally shot the teenager.
The footage is taken from the white officer’s police car as he pulled through a Burger King parking lot and McDonald, 17, bounded out in front of him before running down the road.
