Dandelions and Civilization

Published on Jun 3, 2019

Dandelions are among the most populous and widespread plants on earth. The secret to their success has to do both with their unique characteristics, and their inextricable connection to humans. The history of humans and dandelions is forever linked in ways that may surprise you.

    1. 😉
      I miss him, too.
      You have me waxing nostalgic… 😥 🙂
Remember when we crashed the site for our Concert For Diggerdan? LMAO It was beautiful. I still go back to the Search Articles to listen to some of the songs we sent for him. Unfortunately, some are no long available (thanks Youtube) and without titles I can’t replace them but, it’s still good.

For Trenchers who were not with us back then, just type diggerdan in the Search Articles and you’ll get an idea of what he meant to us all.
Henry did the ultimate tribute. <3

        1. That one is still in the Concert for Diggerdan. 🙂
I also sent it to Hubby’s son to use in his Memorial.

          1. Thanks… can’t believe I still can’t post the boxes, even with the newer computer now.

I think ‘they’ don’t really want me to be able to.

          2. The only thing I can figure is that the links you post have a period in the middle of youtube. 😉

          3. It isn’t just you. For some reason. the links that you, galen , and others post are “youtu.be”. (Those have never posted the box.) When I click on your links, they are “youtube”. (Those always post) It is very odd. I think it’s something about the placement of the “period”.

    2. I wonder what happened to his Herbal Recipe Books (from his Grandmother and him)… I told Millard, in no uncertain terms, to get and not lose them. He assured me that he found/had them safe. (Millard’s loss was a shock. Miss him, too!) I’m guessing one of Millard’s children has them. I pray that they treat digger’s books+notes as the treasure they truly are. He had so much herbal knowledge…
