As of this print the price of gold is reaching fresh two year lows, down nearly 25% from its all time high just six months ago. Though uninformed onlookers and financial pundits may see this as the popping of the proverbial gold bubble, the velocity and scale of the take-down in precious metals suggests that there is a massive assault in the works. According to former Assistant Treasury Secretary Paul Craig Roberts, last Friday’s price drop was the result of some 500 tons of gold being dumped onto paper markets, an amount equal to about $25 Billion dollars worth of the metal. Likewise, silver saw a similar dump and price drop. Two explosions shattered the euphoria of the Boston Marathon finish line on Monday, sending authorities out on the course to carry off the injured while the stragglers in the 26.2-mile trek from Hopkinton were rerouted away from the smoking site of the blasts.

Today would have been North Korean leader Kim Il-Sung’s 105th birthday and it is being speculated that his grandson, Kim Jong Un, may fire a missile as a part of a test to commemorate the day.  The event may have already occurred by the time this article is released as the 15th was yesterday in North Korea.

Tens of thousands of illegal aliens and their supporters gathered in Washington DC last week to demand that we American nationals surrender a portion of our country to them.  And of course, rather than mass arrests we have seen the sleazy assenting toward accommodating these foreigners in the form of the scam being pedaled as the Gang of 8.  Neither the false left Democrats nor the false right Republicans have the authority to give our country away to any foreign national, as there is no consent of the people.

One of the main reasons for my skepticism was that I rarely saw what they were describing in the skies. An unusual surge of stranded dying and dead sea lions (seals) have littered Southern California beaches from Santa Barbara to San Diego since earlier this year. Most of the area newspapers and media outlets have been alarmingly reporting this unusual phenomenon.

It’s unusual because this is the season when sea lion pups flourish. Instead they’re struggling ashore in starved, emaciated conditions, if they’ve managed to stay alive. A Florida police officer fired over his use of shooting targets with an image resembling slain teenager Trayvon Martin is defending himself on YouTube, saying the target was intended as a “no shoot” training aid for an instructional session.
