There will be no broadcast of The Word From the Trenches today as the internet is still out.
I have talked to a technician I know and it seems the only people who have Centurylink internet in this town are the businesses and the Californians who have gotten the new upgrade. So I guess we are going to have to get the new upgrade, which is exactly how they got rid of the old dial-up, but hey, it will be fiber optics. Just think how much more spyware they can add. Since the Coronavirus crisis began in earnest earlier this year, the strain on hospitals in the US and around the world has been the subject of a considerable number of media reports. However, hardly any media attention has been given to the dramatic and unsettling changes that have been made to hospital and healthcare information technology (IT) systems and infrastructure under the guise of helping the US healthcare system “cope” with the surge in data as well as an unsettling uptick in cyberattacks. 8 million people joined in the subreddit group WallStreetBets to stop Big Players from Naked Shorting Game Shop. A Naked Short happens when someone sells stock they do not own. Many of the subreddit participants made lots of money even doubling and tripling their initial investment. A lot of that was financed on a shoe string by people using their Stimulus Checks. Those checks are free money.
The next Big Thing on the subreddit group WallStreetBets might be to use their March Stimulus checks to buy silver. We are told there is already a shortage of physical silver available. This will force Big Players from the Bullion Banks to buy silver to cover their shorts. That will drive up the price of silver. Continue reading “Stimulus Checks Can Take Down The Deep State”
Three years ago today, a lone gunman took the lives of 14 students and three educators at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. In seconds, the lives of dozens of families, and the life of an American community, were changed forever.
For three years now, the Parkland families have spent birthdays and holidays without their loved ones. They’ve missed out on the experience of sending their children off to college or seeing them on their first job after high school. Like far too many families, they’ve had to bury pieces of their soul deep within the Earth. Like far too many families — and, indeed, like our nation — they’ve been left to wonder whether things would ever be okay. Happy Valentine’s Day, Trenchers!! We fight for freedom and in a way, we fight for love. I came across something Martist wrote a few months back, when Henry’s brother passed:
“You love and fight for who and what is nearest and dearest to you with all your heart and soul.” Continue reading “February 14th, 2021”
In 2017, four states had laws in place that expressly recognize gold and silver coins as legal tender: Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Utah. Since that time, nine more have joined them.
Arizona, Wyoming, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, and South Carolina all now accept gold and silver as cash, their representatives and residents recognizing that Federal Reserve Notes and other fiat currencies will eventually hyperinflate and collapse. Continue reading “Many states already recognize gold and silver as legal currency, which will come in handy once fiat currency crashes”

Amazon, one of the largest corporations in the world, supplies state-of-the-art facial recognition software to law enforcement agencies, provides the military with a range of technology services, and is now building out its security operation with over a dozen former FBI agents.
The tech conglomerate, which began as an online bookseller, is rapidly hiring for its global security center in Arizona. As the firm expands and faces new challenges, including increased antitrust scrutiny, counterfeiting issues, and pressure from worker activism, the company is staffing up with former FBI agents, with a focus on security and intelligence-gathering ability. From 2017 to 2020, the $1.6 trillion technology behemoth hired 20 former FBI agents, at least two of whom appear to be responsible for monitoring the labor-organizing activity of its workers to keep unions out.
