DHS’s watch list plan is unconstitutional and dangerous

The ‘secret’ gov’t rulebook for labeling anyone a terrorist.

You might think that gov’t watch lists are reserved for violent radical extremists, and you’d be wrong.

Here is a short list of how easy is for anyone to land on DHS’s watch list.

Americans are also being labeled as “Insider Threats”

The Department of Defense (DoD) provides a non-exhaustive list of “insider threats,” which include, but are not limited to: “damage to the United States through espionage, terrorism, unauthorized disclosure of national security information, or through the loss or degradation of departmental resources or capabilities.”

The DoD claims that the proposed Database may therefore include counseling statements; credit reports; user names and aliases; logs of printer, copier and facsimile machine use; information collected through “the technical capability to observe and record the actions and activities of all users, at any time, on a computer network controlled by DoD;” and “information related to investigative or analytical efforts by DoD insider threat program personnel to identify threats toDoD personnel, property, facilities, and information.”

The database will include detailed, personal data on a large number of individuals.

There are 25 additional reports that can put any American on the terrorist watch list.

  1. I think these “lists” we’re hearing about are just another attempt to keep people quiet.

Their biggest fear is that you’ll talk to your neighbor about political truth.

They WANT you to fight over Trump-Hillary-Trump-Hillary because it’s all a distraction from what’s real. Start the conversation by saying “it doesn’t matter who wins any election”, and then be ready to prove your point.

    1. Yes, I’ve found that people never get offended when I tell them that I’m disgusted with both major parties. I suspect that if I were to speak out in favor of one versus the other, people would be a lot more argumentative and much less likely to listen to what I have to say.

  2. DHS is itself unconstitutional and dangerous. The very word “homeland” is highly offensive and anti-American. It connotes fascism, just like “fatherland” and “motherland.”
