Dirt Devil Ejects Paraglider Pilot

Air Sports Net

During a launch from Mount Borah in Australia,  a paraglider pilot was caught off guard when a dirt devil swept him off his feet.

The pilot, who was being filmed by his wife, was visiting the site from another country. In the video, the screams of his wife can be heard as he is lifted off the ground.

The pilot managed to maintain control during the upward spiral and went on to fly for five hours while covering over 100 miles.

Dust devils are thermals that pick up dust and debris as they come in contact with the ground. Pilots use these thermals to gain altitude so they can free glide to another spot while looking for more thermals.

    What are dust devils…?

Dust Devils are thermals that pick up dumbasses and debris as they come in contact smashing with the ground.

  2. “… the screams of his wife can be heard as he is lifted off the ground.”

    Couldn’t see why.
