Disturbing video filmed on Thursday April 9, 2015 by local news KNBC Channel 4 in Los Angeles captures a group of San Bernardino County sheriffs deputies beating a man after he had clearly surrendered. The man’s name is Francis Pusok and he led police on a horseback pursuit. He clearly has his hands spread on the ground, and you can even see one of the cops kick him right in the groin, before proceeding on a full assault on the man.
San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon has ordered an immediate internal investigation into what he called “disturbing” video showing an arrest by deputies after a horse pursuit that was caught on camera.

every one of those officers need to be removed completely from that job indefinitely, and from ever getting hired by another dept,, hey one of these jackholes could live right next door to you..how comfortable would you be knowing that?
they all need to be tried for assault with a deadly weapon , and attempted murder
how many of these incidents have never gone published ,, because of where they took place or the cover up .. this is in the middle of BFE ..if it werent for the news chopper we would have never seen it , and there would be no public knowledge of it

The only thing that’s “disturbing” to the Sheriff is that a few of his favorite piggies got caught being piggies.
I know two wrongs don’t make a right but what was this creep going to do with that horse? Was he going to run it to death or eat it. If it were my horse, and I was a man, I would have pulled him off that horse and beat the snot out of him. But since I am a woman I probably would just have shot him. Just my knee jerk reaction. But no body would need to be messing with my horse. Many horses in FL are getting eaten by illegals. They love horse meat.

im not saying they arnt responsible for their actions.. but they are being trained to act this way, and the system is allowing it by ignoring the reasons why ,not prosecuting the bad and the training they are receiving being told to act this way.. a complete culture of violence and allowing it to fester among the blue line thugs
looks like an eye for an eye war with them has already stared , they shoulda been careful what they wished for..there comes a point where there will be no stopping the repercussions

This sh#t has been going on for decades. The only thing that has changed is that everyone now has video capable phones.
