Turner is and was not a Senator, he was the “President” of the about 7-8 yrs. back “newly” seated/inhabited Republic for the united States. We were on the fringe participants watching and participating in phone conferences. Of course this went south because of corrupt individuals involved, including Turner. This “new” govt. was promoted by an RBN broadcaster. Seeing Turner was a blast from the past for sure. He ended up going to jail, not sure where he is now.
