Donald Trump surprised attendees of the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor and Trade show — also known as the “SHOT Show” — in Las Vegas Thursday with a few announcements, and by receiving a celebrity endorsement.
Before the Republican front-runner took the stage, he was preceded by his son Donald Trump Jr., who spoke of his father’s commitment to the Second Amendment. He also addressed the candidate’s plans to retain public land under the authority of the federal government, to ensure its future preservation.
“We’re going to keep public lands public, keep them open,” Trump Jr. said. “We’re not going to sell them to the states so they can be privatized.”
Taking the stage, Trump told attendees of the passion he and his sons have for hunting and the outdoors.
“My two sons, for many, many years, they’ve loved hunting. They’ve loved the outdoors,” the elder Trump said. “I do also, but I’ve been working so hard I don’t get to go out anymore.”
Trump was also proud to accept an endorsement from Willie Robertson, star of the TV show Duck Dynasty, a man he highly respects.
“I wanna thank Willie,” Trump said. “Willie is an amazing guy. He’s a friend of ours and just incredible.”
Despite the fact every Republican presidential candidate was invited — with the exception of Chris Christie, “because of his record” on gun control, a source close to the event organizers said — Trump was the only one in attendance. In fact, Trump has been the most high-profile presidential candidate to make an appearance at the SHOT show since Mitt Romney in 2007.

Federal control over land that belongs to the people of the states. I hate to say “told you so” trump supporters.
Jamal, this is the reason I posted this article. I hope his supporters confront him and make this land issue very clear to him. He would be wise to read the constitution.

Trump is a narcissist, a fascist, and a classic demagogue who is bored with merely being filthy rich and now seeks power. His contempt for the Bill of Rights is obvious. Note his hostility toward the Fourth Amendment as revealed in his comments about Edward Snowden. (Not that any of the other mainstream candidates are any better overall.)
You know (as a lover of good writing) I am really getting sick of the “meme”-type headline writing put out by the Western Journalism Center (and that God-awful WorldNetDaily!)…the “just did” crap, which is now all over the internet! It’s bad enough they are Israel-first; now they have to be “meme” first…you know, meme, as in “Me Me!” first!
The Feds are buying (or stealing) land from American farmers and ranchers, then charging them grazing fees, which go to the federal government to finance wars, pay and supply ISIS mercenaries, etc., rather than invest it in the local land, as would occur if the state and county collected grazing fees. State owned land is made available for hunting and fishing as much — if not more — than federal “owned” land.
Now, county records show that Feds are buying land from financially desperate farmers and ranchers for pennies on the dollar and then transferring title to multi-national corporations with no evidence of sale in county courthouse records of title transfer. Furthermore, Article 1, Section 8, clause 17 prohibits the federal government from owning state land except for very specific military and federal management purposes: bases, docks, armories, post offices and courthouses and federal buildings. Even Judge Napolitano from Fox News has stated that federal land grabs taking place in the West is illegal.
But, 99.9999999% of “conservatives” who read the news article above that claims liberals will not be happy because of what Trump said about keeping land in federal hands will applaud and support the illegal land grabbing and transfer to the NWO because they are severely mentally retarded from watching the hypnosis machine in their living rooms.
