Ah, mamas! Yes, they are truly “creation’s most unique and precious pearl”. Oh, yes, “there oughta be a Hall of Fame for mamas”! God bless my own mama, RIP.

    1. My wife jokingly says: “It’s a man’s World, but women rule the Universe.” At least I think she’s joking.

      1. BTW: The music and lyrics to this song were written by Steve Wariner. Steve used to sing backup for Glen Campbell.

    1. I was thinking of the same movie: “The Hand that Rocks the Cradle”. That was one scarey psycho… make you want to sleep with one eye open.

      1. Yes Inretrospect, as sick as I am I have been thinking of watching that show again ever since I saw the post title.
That was a really weird show. A good one before bed for me. Strange show.

        1. Yea In fact I`m gona watch that now and go back and forth from hereand there to watch that show. Thanks Inretrospect. Got into my head with that one ya did 🙄 😐

    2. yes… do you know the name of the girl that stars in that movie? I knew a bartender that looked exactly like her, but now I can’t remember her name, or the bartender’s. (but naturally, I remember the bar, and what I was drinking)

        1. NO, that’s definitely not it. There must have been a re-make. Alison something, I believe.
Were there two versions of that movie?
          Kirstie Alley
          Allie Sheedy
          Alison ….?
forget it. I’ll never know until I see it again, but thanks for trying.

          1. I just looked at the clip in the comments and I think I’m thinking of a different movie.
            Sorry.

        2. Rebecca De Mornay was the daughter of Wally George, a rabid right-wing nut job on t.v. back in the 80s. I used to watch him just because he was so outrageous it cracked me up.

They didn’t get along at all.
