Anne Arundel County, Maryland – -(AmmoLand.com)- Foxbaltimore.com is reporting that a Maryland resident was killed by police as they tried to enforce a “Red Flag Gun Confiscation Order” at 5:17 am in the morning on Monday, November 5th, 2018.

Information is incomplete at this time but according to Fox Baltimore;

“Anne Arundel County Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that occurred Monday morning in Ferndale.

Police spokesman Jacklyn Davis said officers responded to 103 Linwood Avenue at around 5:15 a.m. to serve an “emergency risk protective order,” also known as the red flag order.

The man answered the door armed with a handgun and a struggle ensued as officers attempted to disarm the man, Davis said.

During the struggle, the man’s handgun discharged and police fired shots, Davis said.

Davis says no Anne Arundel County officers were injured in the struggle. The suspect was pronounced dead on scene.”

Maryland Governor Hogan disregarded veto requests and signed “red flag” bill (HB 1302) in Spring of 2018. Under that bill as it became law, virtually anyone can ask a law enforcement officer to file an ex parte petition with a state district court judge or commissioner and allege that the gun owner poses an immediate danger to himself/herself or others because (and only because) he or she possesses firearms. If the court issues the order, the police can show up on the doorstep and seize the person’s firearms without notice or warning.

All it takes is a family member, dating partner, or roommate to claim that someone is a danger to themselves or others to have his or her Second Amendment rights stripped away by a secret court hearing.

Right advocates predicted that this new movement of taking your rights with Red Flag Orders might have deadly consequences and called for vetos of this law and others in multiple states.

  1. this Governor should be held for this mans murder, and whom ever made the call to them to take this mans property is an accessory to this mans murder

this IS NOT how this goes in this country

you do not take a mans guns without DUE PROCESS, and maybe not even than ..he broke no laws.. so this was out right murder

“Right advocates predicted that this new movement of taking your rights with Red Flag Orders might have deadly consequences ” oh its going to have deadly consequences alright!

    this is WAR!!!

  2. This is murder, and likely what will finally spark the war that will restore the Republic and enforce our Bill of Rights as the Law it is supposed to be.

    1. The problem is that today if you speak your mind , you are dangerous. Dangerous to those trying to keep us under the thumb of their tyranny , those trying to keep us subservient to their goal to keep us ruled by their dictate
I believe this man was speaking out on all that’s going on , so he was treated like another Lavoy Finicum , another Randy Weaver etc
There was no intention of just taking his guns
They wanted him dead , just like they want you dead , me dead Henry dead etc .

There are other illegal means for these tyrants to steal our guns , even if it comes to them waiting for us to leave home , elders often go to the hospital ( can’t take a gun)etc many places
Hell they could have summoned him to court on a false charge , while the gestapo raided his home

No , they wanted him dead … I’d like to hear for myself what his “rantings” inculuded because I’m sure it would cast no doubts

      100 heads motherfckers!!! 100 !!!!

  3. Thanks y’all
It sometimes just comes out of me

Wouldn’t it be a mind fck if they came to bust down your door and you stood there in full military battle dress? And I do mean fully hardened
Or even better … in one of their own costumes

What a pause in action that would cause
And maybe enough to gain the upper hand

    It’s time for perimeter alarms
    Force on force tactics
One lesson I learned is to not be there when they come ( I know hard to live like that )
But could you imagine if you had already flanked them before they even stepped foot on your porch ?
Maybe voting at 500 yards is what this country is coming to ?
Be safe patriots and trenchers , there is a target on our backs
Stop telling folks you own weapons , stop advertising on your vehicles
Go gray man … the element of surprise could be your saving grace
I don’t want to read the news of losing anyone from here
We the armed people are being persecuted, please act smart
And if the war comes to your door meet it with overwhelming force

    God bless you all
