   I’m sure this is just outdated tech from the CIA being put into the hands of the people. This is license plate readers on steroids. Why spend all the time locating someone when the people can do it freely for you and not even know they are doing it? Free labor and all the info gets uploaded to a government server 24/7. It’s a win-win for the deep state and at the same time, the 5G electromagnetic waves can fry your brain faster than a cellphone to your ear and blind your eyes faster than sitting in front of a TV set.
