If Police Come To Your Door Without a Warrant, Shut Them Down Like This Guy

If police come to your door and you don’t need their help, you can simply decline to answer. They cannot come into your home without a search warrant.

Even if the police have probable cause, they cannot come in your home without a search warrant.

You might even be a suspect in a criminal investigation. In such a case you should remain silent — except to say “Officer, I can’t let you inside without a search warrant.” Following such an encounter, you should immediately contact a lawyer before speaking to police again.

The fact is that police can legally lie to try and gain access into your home and knowing how to deal with police at your door can go a long way.

A video uploaded to facebook last week by Avel Amarel, shows Amarel doing a great job at shutting down the two officers who tried to gain access to his house. Notice that in the beginning of the video, police try to get Amarel to stop filming. Mission number 1, reduce accountability. Cheers to Amarel for standing his ground.

  1. so, what if they claim they received a “welfare check” call? as in: we got a call from someone claiming they hadn’t heard/seen you in a while and they were worried. what happens then if you don’t answer the door?

  2. 2:27 mark: “Put your hands down. Can you put your hands down?”

These pig cops can’t stand it when people start using their hands to explain something. They just love to say, “Can you please put your hands down? I don’t know if you’re gonna hit me or not.”

Unfrigginbelievable…….These pigs are afraid of someone’s hands and they call themselves cops? They all just want to talk to you with your hands cuffed. To them, that’s the polite way. Absolutely sickening.

The same thing happened to me at the airport the one time when I came back from China. I was trying to make my statement to the cop and using my hands (because I’m a former teacher and told him afterwards that that’s how teachers teach, WITH THEIR HANDS!!!!) and the cop says, “Can you put your hands down? You’re worrying me. I’m afraid you’re gonna do something to me.” Seriously? How old are you? And you call yourself a cop?

Yet, these pigs can use their hands all the time to explain something. As a matter of fact, they like to stick the palm of their hand face up and in your face or even give you a light push on the chest and supposedly that’s not “assaulting someone”, but when we put a finger on their chest to make a point, “OH NO! He’s attacking me! I fear for my life!” Seriously?

Nothing but cowards. That’s all they are. Power hungry bullies who will be turned to cowards the minute someone fights back at them. The bastards are practically afraid of their own shadow. It’s pathetic.

  3. Well said NC, well said. I always use my hands when I talk so I guess they might as well handcuff me because I can’t talk without using my hands and I never was a teacher. Teaching is such a noble profession but not so much in today’s world sad to say. I have a cousin who taught school for nearly 30 years. She took an early retirement because she didn’t like the way she couldn’t teach her middle school students like she used to these last few years. She was a very popular teacher with the kids too. It’s all kind of sad, sad for the kiddos and the teachers both.
