For the officer’s multi-layered incompetence, this elderly man was murdered. For instinctively pointing a small gun at invaders in his home, this man died.
The widow of this elderly man who was slain by police, says she is disgusted with the “trigger happy” officers, and she reports that she heard suspicious yelling from the police before was he was murdered. Clearly, the cops were being disrespectful, intimidating, and thug-like. Mr Waller, the man who was murdered, went in his garage with a .38-cal handgun after hearing people in his garage.
The people invading his home ended up being incompetent police invading the wrong house. Angie, Waller’s daughter, says she was “disturbed by suggestions that police may have felt threatened by a man in his own garage, faced with unknown trespassers with flashlights” (armed). To sum it up, for being rightfully armed, going to his own garage to see what criminals were in there, this 72 year old man found criminals with badges instead, and he was murdered. It is unclear if these police will face any charges, or even lose their jobs.
They probably won’t face any consequence, unless an uproar of citizens demand justice. This elderly man was murdered because some criminals with badges are even more careless and violent perhaps, then a typical home invader. Wouldn’t you think, another person invading a home might not want to get caught murdering a person, and he would have been likely to get out of there without harming the elderly man?
In this case, cops knew they could get away with the killing, and therefore they are even more threatening of criminals, then perhaps a typical thief. When will the people stand up, and demand police be charged just like any other person for cold blooded, unnecessary murder? If you want people to stand up, don’t forget to share this article.

Back in the day, they would knock on the door with a warrant. If that failed, they would force entry (think COPS, circa 1980 – 2004).
Speaking of COPS, I walked into my kids place and they were watching a COPS rerun. It was a traffic stop that turned into a drug bust by means of an illegal search and seizure! I began pointing out all the violations the pigs were doing and my kids were stunned and didn’t believe me. Out came my trusty, crusty, beat up Pocket Constitution. That and a trusty laptop took about 15 minutes to prove I was right. The indoctrination of the masses has made the generations behind me (kids, grandkids,hopefully it’s not too late for my Great grandbabies!) so obtuse that if cops get away with it on TV they can do it anywhere. All we can do right now is to keep slugging away at the illegal power wielded by the pigs. And trying to wake loved ones up!
It is a every day thing with them. We are going to have to post our property no trespassing, no police. And get at the ballot reform. Buy cutting there funds. And wages. That they will understand.
Sorry James, but the Homeowner’s Associations will easily fine you or even call the police or even send SWAT to your house for putting up “NO POLICE” signs on your lawn as it will look bad for the neighborhood just like not cutting your grass once a week. Remember, they control the neighborhood so therefore they control your house and land and the most absurd part is you are paying for them to look for something to fine and punish you for. How F**KED UP is that?
The best thing that that widow could do is to publish the cops names in as many places as possible, and what them cops did. If possible include their addresses.Make them cops fear for their lives each time they walk out of their houses. The same for the cops family members and put the psycological fear of god in them cops and wear them down like criminals that they are.
Policy enforcement is operating exactly the way the powers that be want them to. Voting never fixed anything. As long as governments have credit, enforcement funding will never be cut.
