Enforce our Bill of Rights
I cannot express the rage and frustration any feeling person, especially a parent, feels at this abuse of innocent children. Is it carelessness, stupidity or beauracratic rigidity that allow these atrocities to occur? We’ve recently seen examples in our own state which is, supposedly, a very progressive state. Maybe its a lack of training or just a simple lack of that most essential component..compassion.
You need to look much deeper than that…these are no mistakes.
