Israel, Iran, the United States, and the Soviet Union – Mutual Assured Destruction

Peace through mutually assured destruction.  This is the theology that fostered the Cold War.  The United States spent $5.5 trillion to assure the destruction of the Soviet Union which bankrupted itself to assure our destruction.  Both countries now possess enough nuclear weapons to destroy the entire planet many times over.

And what is the current threat that could lead us to that eventuality?  One hypothetical nuclear bomb in Iran.  Israel possesses over 120 nuclear warheads.  There can be no question that the Israelis possess the nuclear capability to completely destroy Iran.

After the US bombs dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima, the Soviet Union scrambled to develop their own nuclear capability.  Why?  Because they had been put at a disadvantage.  We have to remember that in those days the US was decidedly anti-communist and the people of the Soviet Union saw US nuclear capability as a decisive threat to their belief system and way of life.

Now let’s look at Israel and Iran.  Israel possesses the nuclear capabilities necessary to destroy Iran.  The Israelis are of the Jewish faith and the Zionists among them are fanatically so.  The Iranians, on the other hand, are Muslims with extremist factions.  These are their systems of government and they are as repugnant to one another as communism is to a free republic.

One thing must be understood.  Israel is not a country, it is a beach head, and the push inland has been and is a constant.  If the Palestinians threw up their hands and just handed the rest of Palestine over to the Israelis, within a week the Israelis would invade Jordon and establish a new front, citing the need for a buffer zone for their security.  And within a year the Israelis would be building new settlements on the Jordanian occupied frontier.

To say that Israel is anything but aggressive is nothing more than denial.  To say that the conquest and control of the entire Middle East is not the ultimate goal of the Israelis is simple minded.

Now let’s look at Iran.  Its blood enemy, Israel, has 120 nuclear weapons; the majority of which I have to believe are pointed right at Iran.  And what if Iran did acquire nuclear weapons?  Well we are back to mutual assured destruction.

I heard one mainstream propagandist saying that if Mahmoud Ahmadinejad were to be put in a position wherein the Iranian government might fall, he might order the launch of a nuclear weapon.  In the first place, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is not the supreme power in Iran, the Muslim clergy are.  Now who believes that these clergy would allow the Iranian people to be wiped from the face of the earth to facilitate a current regime?  Secondly, we saw the fall of the Soviet Union without nuclear weapons being launched.

Newt Gingrich, during Saturday night’s debate in South Carolina, was advocating for international murder plots to be conducted against Iran’s nuclear scientists, saying it would be all right because the US could just deny that we were involved.  It seems the hypocrisy knows no bounds.  Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t one of the excuses being put forth to justify an invasion into Iran by the US an alleged plot by Iran to assassinate a Saudi diplomat on US soil?

These psychos are starting to sound like a spoiled child demanding a new toy.  When faulty reasoning fails, they just start pounding the floor shouting “I want it, I want it, I want it.”

The American people have to let their government know that we, as their bosses, want them to get their noses out of other countries’ affairs.  If the Iranians and Israelis want to have their own little arms race, it is none of our business, just like it was not the rest of the world’s business when the US and the Soviet Union engaged in our own arms race.

When Sam Colt invented the six shot revolver there came the saying, “God created man, Sam Colt made all men equal,” and in reality this is the heart of the issue.  Israel does not want equality in the Middle East as any such equality would put a halt to their conquest.

I am not advocating for Iran in opposition to Israel.  I am just saying what I have been saying all along.  Why is this tiny little speck of a country called Israel so important to the United States that we would risk a thermonuclear world nuclear war to facilitate their ambitions?

There is one undeniable fact.  There has only been one government diabolical enough to drop nuclear bombs on a civilian population, and that is the Zionist controlled United States of America.
