LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23 (UPI) — The In Memoriam reel at the Oscars had a glaring omission after failing to mention the death of comedian Joan Rivers.
Rivers, who appeared in several movies including Spaceballs and The Muppets Take Manhattan, but was not included in the segment.
The comedian died in New York from complications from a surgery in September.
Broadway star Elaine Stritch and actor Taylor Negron were also left out of the segment.
The Academy responded to the criticism, saying it just couldn’t fit it all.
“Joan Rivers is among the many worthy artists and filmmakers we were unfortunately unable to feature in the In Memoriam segment of this year’s Oscar show. She is, however, included in our In Memoriam gallery on Oscar.com.”

“…unfortunately unable…”?
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! 😆
A little sugar-coating to make it more palatable? The stupid jew b#tch thought she was TOO famous, and therefore untouchable (typical jew mindset). Thought she could say anything she pleased, carte blanche, with no repercussions.
She got schooled.
They’re not adverse to eating their own.
Spaceballs should have won best picture. It’s still hilarious today! Not because of Joan Rivers though.
You do realize that almost everyone in the films by Mel and company were and still are “joos”.
She left this world saying the Palestinians deserved to get killed when Israel bombed them, remember that?
Do not forget that Rivers told the world that Berry was a fag and that his wife is a guy.
