BATON ROUGE, La. (INTELLIHUB.COM) — On Oct. 5, 2014, Kevin Bova, a local tattoo artist, was tased in a parking lot while waiting for his food, according to witnesses.
“He wasn’t out here causing no problems”, said one eyewitness, as the whole account was caught on video outside of Mike’s in Tigerland.
Police then proceeded to pin the man down while they listened to Bova plead for breath.
“Get off me. I can’t breathe nigga”, said Bova.
