New Jersey School Suspends Students for Visiting Gun Range with Their Family

Leftist academia is hell-bent on confiscating our gats like they would a cellular device in history class. They’ve been organizing student walkouts and shining a spotlight on students passionate about gun-grabbing. Pro-gun students, not so much. Actually, in some cases school administrators are being outright hostile to pro-boomstick kiddos.

Like in this case, where a school in New Jersey banished two kids just for having been at a gun range with their family. Yeah, really:

A New Jersey school district that allegedly suspended two high school students this week over a gun photo taken during a family visit to a private shooting range is facing community backlash and the threat of a lawsuit over district policies.

The photo of four rifles, ammunition clips and a gun duffel bag was shared by one of the students on the social media app Snapchat with the caption “fun day at the range,” according to Lacey Township resident Amanda Buron, a family friend of one of the students.

A screen capture of the image made the rounds among other students and later brought to the attention of Lacey Township High School officials. Buron said the students received a five-day in-school suspension for violating the school’s policy on weapons possession.

I’m trying to think of a way where this makes sense, but I’m drawing a blank.

Thinking steve martin

To the best of my knowledge, these youngsters didn’t bring a pistola to school, or have a few spent casings in their pocket. No, the kiddos got the boot just for touching a gun on their own time.

These kiddies engaged in some good, clean fun. Outside of school property, no less. It seems like it’s permissible for students to rip down American flags and riot at Wal-Mart during school hours, so long as they’re against blasters. On the other hand, God forbid a kiddo breaks leather with his mom and pop at the range.

Shame On You

Chalk it up as another case of fascist-loving leftists exerting force to get their way. Sad.

  1. well, i hope this kid’s family uses the state to sue the hell out of the district and each of the administrators personally.

  2. I hope the parents remove their kids from this indoctrination center and also find a way to remove their tax dollars from funding this subjugation

  3. “Buron said the students received a five-day in-school suspension for violating the school’s policy on weapons possession.”
