Over the years, Rock n’ Roll has made some noble efforts (thinking all the way back to Country Joe and The Fish). If only we could have stopped the war machine. On it marches, ruthlessly. Just occurred to me that war spelled backwards is RAW, which led me to thinking about that word and the one that often follows it: COURAGE. Hence, what’s needed today: RAW COURAGE. I guess the song did achieve what it intended.
