STATEMENT BY STEWART RHODES:
We believe Federal District Court Judge David Bunning grossly overstepped his bounds and violated Mrs Davis’ due process rights, and in particular her right to a jury trial. This judge has assumed unto himself not just the powers of all three branches of government, but has also taken on the powers of judge, jury, and “executioner.” What matters to us is not whether you agree with her position on gay marriage or her decision to not issue marriage licenses. What matters is that the judge is violating the Constitution in his anger and desire to punish her for going against his will. We are already being subjected to an unconstitutional imperial presidency, that grew exponentially under both Bush and Obama, expanding the claimed war powers of the president to swallow up our Bill of Rights and circumvent jury trial. The result is an executive branch that claims the absurd power to declare any American an “unlawful combatant” on the say-so of the president alone.
Now we see the rise of an imperial judiciary that not only legislates from the bench but is attempting to expand their “contempt” power to likewise swallow up our Bill of Rights and circumvent jury trial. Both methods are used to allow the powerful office holder to merely point his finger and have his opponent thrown behind bars without a grand jury indictment and without being found guilty by a jury of their peers. No innocent until proven guilty before a jury. Just “guilty” because the leader says so. That is a dictatorship, whether done by a president or by a judge. No one man should have that kind of power in his hands alone to decide guilt and impose a sentence of indefinite detention. Under our Constitution, that dictatorial power does not exist. We must stand against this. And so we will protect her and prevent it from happening again. – Stewart Rhodes
Why weren’t they sitting in the courtroom the first time she was sentenced? Why the Hollywood floor show now? My pet goldfish could achieve the same thing by sitting in his freshly cleaned water bowl while giving the finger.

I just decline all services from the court over and over like I’m telling a car salesman no. No public defender, no thanks. No pleading innocent or guilty… No thanks. Over and over. I don’t consent. Hey Millard, i was at Bunkerville enjoying some Bundy beef burgers when all of a sudden the oath keepers started heading out, paper plate in hand back to there camp, loaded up there gear “post haste and fled to Mesquite where there hotel room was a waiting. Stewart Rhodes said that Eric Holder had called in a drone strike on Bunkerville. Some oath keepers returned and tore off there oath keepers insignia.i suggest Rhodes read, The Red Badge of Courage. All you really need to know about the “Oathkeepers” is that they’re catering to the propaganda machine by associating themselves with these high-profile cases, and have no time for any constitutional violations that won’t help them achieve greater name recognition.
They’re not devoted to any cause except their own advancement, and may only exist as a front organization that helps the tyrants identify dissidents.
Basically, they’re a gang of pigs, and they’re full of shit, so no one should expect anything good from them when things go south. The entire organization could be working for the enemy, and may be waiting to shoot a lot of Patriots in the back.
Your militia group should consist of neighbors, and people you already know. These people are in the spotlight for a reason, and it’s not a good one.

Stewart Rhodes is a former Ron Paul staffer. Anyone with an ounce of perception can see that Ron Paul is ” Controlled Opposition “, otherwise like William ” Bill ” Milton Cooper, he too would be pushing up daisies. I have to respectfully disagree about Ron Paul. He’s spoken just too much truth with great consistency over decades to be controlled opposition, particularly in regards to Israeli control of US foreign policy. This is why the government media has spent so much effort to paint him as a kook. If government thugs were to assassinate him, it would only give him more credibility in the eyes of the sheep.
As for Oath Keepers, it’s a nice idea in theory, and it’s possible that Stewart Rhodes meant well when he founded it. They’ve publicly supported Edward Snowden and encouraged others to follow his lead. That counts for something in my book.
Nevertheless, it can’t be overlooked that Oath Keepers are not keeping their oath. Refusing to obey unconstitutional orders is not equivalent to protecting the Constitution. Standing aside while watching the Constitution get raped and murdered is not “defending the Constitution.” Furthermore, it could be argued that anyone who serves this government is helping the enemies of the Constitution to rape and murder it — especially the police, who directly enforce blatantly unconstitutional and unjust laws.
So, however noble Stewart Rhodes’ intentions may have been, the Oath Keepers are indeed full of shit. No one in the US military or on US police forces is defending the Constitution (unless some are involved in clandestine activities that we don’t know about). Those people are willing to fight farmers and goat herders thousands of miles away, but they don’t have the balls to do jack shit against the domestic enemies of the Constitution. Yet those maggots have the nerve to demand that they be worshipped as heroes for “fighting for our freedom.”

You mention, quite correctly, that assassination needn’t be carried out with a gun. In a way, they DID assassinate Ron Paul: they assassinated his character. He was painted as a racist, a nutjob, and all sorts of other crap. Once this was done and he was no longer a political threat, there was no longer any need to actually take his life. Making him a martyr might have even galvanized the liberty movement.
I do agree that they would have taken him out if they felt it would serve their purposes best. I’m very aware that this sort of thing is done (e.g., the deaths of people like Michael Hastings are highly suspicious to say the least).
Ultimately, we can agree to disagree about Ron Paul being controlled opposition. It’s just that if he is, then the scheme seems to have backfired. He has woken up quite a few people to the creeping tyranny we face. So in the long run, the question is probably moot.

Blah Blah Blah….More Oathbreaker crap. These guys are a joke and all need to be hung in my opinion. They did nothing during the Boston incident nor during the Bundy incident. They even knew about that one gun shop being raided by the ATF months ago. They knew it was going to be raided minutes before it did and had an “emergency” meeting minutes elsewhere before the ATF arrived so they conveniently wouldn’t be there at that time to help the guy out.
