I just watched this a few days ago…….very good presentation ….I left the comment (actually from Patrick) “…the 1970s recommendation to reduce salt
consumption came after Lyme was released from Plum Island because the
single celled parasites are susceptible to dehydration and salt (and
phenolics like tannins) are the best way of killing the little
