One Third of 18- to 34-year-olds living with parents

Campaign for  Liberty – by Megan Stiles

Nearly one-third of all 18-to 34-year-olds are living with their parents, a figure that has seen a dramatic increase in the past 7 years. From Business Insider:

Those graduating are being confronted by a challenging job market, which eventually leads many to just drop out of the labor force altogether.

This in turn has led to an increasing delinquency rate for student-loan borrowers.

So it’s no surprise that young people are increasingly opting, perhaps out of necessity, to live at home with their parents.

It’s no wonder that this generation is also saying no to Obamacare.

  1. I looked into my crystal ball yesterday and saw that very soon waitresses, hostesses, bartenders and hamburger servers will all be college grads. Elevating these jobs to professional level. This will help to bring our country back since former professionals have either quit, been fired or moved to other countries to help them orientate to professionalism.

  2. This article is an attempt to paint a rosy picture of the harsh reality (of course).

No one’s very worried about a third of the kids living with their parents. Why don’t you tell us how many 18-34 year-old Americans are living in storm drains?
