A veteran Los Angeles police officer is under investigation after his body-worn camera captured him allegedly fondling a dead woman’s breasts.

The Iranian nuclear nonproliferation agreement has been the top foreign policy issue throughout Washington for the past two months. Approving or disapproving the deal was the first order of business for the U.S. Congress until the very last day of congressional action under the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act (September 17). Hours of debate have been conducted on the floors of the House and Senate, both chambers have held roll call votes, and Senate Democrats bonded together to filibuster a motion of disapproval — a resolution that would have prevented President Obama from providing the Iranians sanctions relief. DAYTON — Police are looking for two males who dragged two Dayton police officers who tried to remove the suspects from a stolen vehicle just minutes after the same suspects tried to run over two other officers, Lt. Randy Beane said.

Los Angeles’ head of homelessness is resigning after presiding over a 33% increase in homelessness over the course of just five years.
Peter Lynn, head of the Los Angeles Homeless Service Authority, announced that he would leave at the end of the year, with the LAHSA having splashed out a total of more than $780 million to no avail. The UN General Assembly has adopted a resolution demanding that Israel vacate the Golan Heights – Syrian territory it captured in 1967 and has occupied since – arguing its presence in the disputed region is an obstacle to peace.
Passed in a 91-65 vote with 9 abstentions on Tuesday, the resolution called on Israel to abandon the Golan after over 50 years of occupation, insisting that nations may not acquire territory by conquest, a core principle of international law. NEW YORK (Reuters) – A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday handed President Donald Trump another defeat in his bid to keep his financial records secret, directing Deutsche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE) and Capital One Financial Corp (COF.N) to comply with subpoenas from congressional Democrats demanding the material.
A three-judge panel of the Manhattan-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 against Trump’s bid to block two House of Representatives committees from enforcing subpoenas issued in April to the two banks seeking the documents. Alphabet (GOOG) announced on Tuesday that co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin would relinquish full control of both Google and its parent company to CEO Sundar Pichai, formally ending their reign atop one of Silicon Valley’s most powerful companies.

An off-duty California Highway Patrol officer wound up being briefly choked unconscious in a Black Friday brawl at a shopping mall near San Francisco as he went to the aid of a shopper, KRON reported.

The United States Supreme Court is set to hear its first Second Amendment case in nearly a decade on Monday which has caused panic among left-wing activists who worry that the case could undo their freedom-restricting agenda.
