Bolivian President Evo Morales will file a lawsuit against the US government for crimes against humanity. He has decried the US for its intimidation tactics and fear-mongering after the Venezuelan presidential jet was blocked from entering US airspace.

“I would like to announce that we are preparing a lawsuit against Barack Obama to condemn him for crimes against humanity,” said President Morales at a press conference in the Bolivian city of Santa Cruz. The detection of a small amount of genetically modified material in a Washington state farmer’s non-GMO alfalfa crop constitutes a “commercial issue” only and does not warrant any government action, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said on Tuesday.

New Hampshire legislators are deliberating House Bill 660, a bill requiring labeling of foods containing genetically engineered ingredients. New Hampshire is one of 26 states considering mandatory GMO labeling. Maine and Connecticut have already approved it with contingencies. And in Washington, D.C., the Just Label It campaign and others have garnered 1.3 million signatures demanding the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approve federal labeling, the largest number of citizens to ever comment on any FDA regulation. It seems like every time there is a natural disaster happening in the U.S., coverage was blacked out and FEMA shows up a week late and a few water bottles short of a happy meal. Supply lines get cut off, people’s homes get invaded, guns confiscated, and no MSM coverage is available anywhere until weeks later.

This time it is happening in Colorado, where floods have swamped neighborhoods and disrupted their way of life and to make matters worse, there’s even cases of fracking involved and that toxic chemicals have been released during the crisis. BERNE, Switzerland — Neue Zürcher Zeitung NZZ was in possession of four data tapes that apparently originated from Swisscom’s data centres, the editorial office has informed the company. The records concerned are apparently backup files from 2008 to 2010 containing internal Swisscom data, including e-mails. It is still not clear to Swisscom whether customer data are also stored on these data carriers. Three tapes have already been returned to Swisscom and are in the process of being analysed. Data security takes top priority at Swisscom. As a result, the company immediately instigated legal proceedings against persons unknown and informed the Federal Data Protection Commissioner about the incident.
