Famed YouTuber Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg’s announcement on Tuesday that he was donating $50,000 to the YouTube censors at the Anti-Defamation League is backfiring hilariously.
His young followers noticed immediately that Pewds’ donation to the ADL came after they celebrated Disney for severing ties with him in 2017:
Many people interpreted the move as a blackmail payment and his zoomer followers took it as giving into the ADL’s “bullying”:

PewDiePie’s video was flooded with comments about how the ADL is censoring YouTubers for their political views and post after post accused the ADL of censoring their comments.
